I have noticed poor food handling and a lack of safety precautions at this location multiple times. Employees do not change their gloves between orders or while typing on the register. They will also clean the line with their hands, grab things off the line ect. while wearing the same pair gloves the entire time. It would be great if owners and management could implement some higher standards for safety and food handling here.

Do yourself a favor and go to J M! Wayyy better!

Really really disappointed with my Caesar Wrap. 95% of it was extremely dry, and then the end of the wrap was soggy with mayo. Hardly tasted like Caesar at all. And it was on a plain wrap instead of garlic and herb.

I went to this location to order a sandwich using a gift card and the terminal would not take the card. The manager, without me saying a word, read my facial expression and showed kindness. The staff was sweet 🧁 to me on a challenging day, and that went a long way in my book. It's nice to know that there's a place where customers are seen. ❤️

My meal was fresh, yummy & quickly prepared to meet my order requirements. I will be back!

Meh. Expensive. No cheese by default. Lots of great sandwich shops out there.

I work across the street from this location and I order from there often. Today they accidentally forgot my chips so I called and the owner answered. He was beyond helpful and personally brought me my chips and a complimentary brownie too. The food was delicious and I’m so impressed by how awesome the customer service was by him. I didn’t get his name but it left such a lasting good impression.

The food is always bland but I was hungry and desperate for something to eat so I stopped on. The staff was absolute trash. The cashier was focused on everything but taking my order. The sandwich maker was RUDE!!! I will not be back.

I order from this location quite often and I have always had a great experience from this location. Yesterday there was a mix up and I had to cancel my order and they made it right and were very apologetic towards the situation although I wasn't worried about it, they were. I just want to thank Dale for taking time out of his day to come to work to make it right and keep me happy. I love the customer service and I truly appreciate Dale and the Jimmy Johns team for taking care of me!!!

Best fast food sub sandwiches. And they are very fast, although if you're more than about 30 yards from the store they won't deliver so I just go pick it up myself.
