Sandwich was almost inedible. I ordered the Pepe #2. These young men seemed to be good workers but maybe need more training in making a good sandwich. Waste of money.

I eat at jimmy jones about 3-4 times per week in downtown location off 16th St. I live Jimmy John’s, but this location was “waiting for bread to “cool down” and it was going to be a 15-20 min wait. Not good for a company that advertises “freaky fast”. This was at 6:45PM so late dinner and they don’t have bread ready???

I order from here often and today I was very upset with the service. I have been ordering from here for almost a year on a weekly basis sometimes twice a week depends on how often I'm at my clients house who I can't leave alone. I leave my phone number to call so I can see which door your coming to. Today I'm disappointed cause no one called. I was feeling generous and tip 10.00 online cause you guys have been doing a wonderful job and your customer service is wonderful. Wonder how long my food was sitting up stairs and had to check both doors. I wanted to edit the tip but sadly I couldn't cause who ever was the driver didn't deserve a 10 tip

The delivery always arrives in about 15 minutes or less, and they make it exactly how I ordered it. It’s easy to do an order pickup here too.

I order from here often, and the food is always good. However, the service can be inconsistent. Sometimes, they don’t follow specific requests, like cutting items in half or providing a fork with the salad. On the positive side, they’re very quick, and the drivers are friendly.

Used to love Jimmy John's, even worked at a location many years ago. Unfortunately it is Jimmy John's in name only these days. This is not specific to this store, so my apologies that they have to eat this review. Inspire brands has no vision and seems to have no grasp of what Jimmy John's is, as they are "subwayizing" the brand. Beyond that I cannot justify the price for a couple sandwiches, I'll take my $35+ that 2 combos cost and eat sandwiches at home for the next three weeks, Thanks.

It’s always clean here and they are super fast. Only place I’ve been that has been consistent. Lastly they get slammed during lunch hour but their team works together and greets everyone class act honestly.

Full disclosure. I have never been a fan of this chain. Their sandwiches are unusually bland and lack imagination. This visit was no different. Today I was hungry and there was no line so I went in. The person taking my order was focused on everything but taking my order. I wasn’t asked what I wanted on the sandwich or anything. So I assumed that the sandwich makers would take care of that. When I asked about it the guy behind the counter was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking. He snapped at me when I inquired. At this point I wasn’t trying to catch a charge so I told him what I wanted and then added that I wanted black pepper. He continued to snap that there were packets at the end of the counter for that. While JJ is not known for their customer service this was a bit much and it took all that was in me not to invite that clown to step outside and say it again. I will never eat at this place again.

I tried to ask the cashier a question about my order ( which apparently upset her) She then grabs our order and slams it on the counter ( messing up our sandwiches) Then low-key yelled at us " it's not my fault the computer messed up!!! Never ordering from this location again. I can get yelled at home for free and my food won't be messed up. Very upsetting and frustrating!!!
