Addisen was super nice over the phone and the sandwich was delicious!!!

Second time going to this location. I have food allergies and both times they accommodated my order very nicely. And this last sub was the best one I've ever had from Jimmy John's.

Terrible. They will make your order wrong and rip you off every single time. Skip this location. Also, the bread is always stale and hard at this location—they’re likely using day old bread. This place is not up to the Jimmy John’s standard and should be evaluated by corporate to correct its deficiencies.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this location. The first time I received regular ranch instead of the kicking along with no napkins...okay not a big deal. This time I ordered a large kickin ranch and guess what it's all at the bottom of the bag 😭 no napkins included nor was my sandwich cut in half. Also, they are using a third party to deliver. What the deuce!

Long time customer. Good sandwiches. But our last visit was odd. The service was weird, I think the employees were fussing with each other as we walked in. Someone took our order but no one spoke with us again although the staff seemed to be spatting. Just odd. And not the usual friendly service I'm used to here.

Took our order to go to get home and the foods rotten. Two of my family members ate it before I sat to eat mine and realized mine and the other one still eating were all rotten lettuce with some gross disease on them. Drove back and returned but the manager said nothing. I said your employees saw this there’s no way they didn’t and still put it out and she just sits trying to not smirk. No im so sorry, nothing. Seems we’re not the first to come write a bad review for this location. So gross we won’t be coming back here. Sad cause we used to love jimmy johns.

The brown spots all over are not seasoning. It’s rotten food.

I eat here a few times a week. Friendly staff. Sandwiches made quickly. Gets the order right every time.

I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, the guy (wish I had his name) told me he wasn't able to because it was a $14 sandwich and not a $17. Sandwich. We spent $40. WITH a 5$ tip. I don't understand why this was not allowed lol. The vibe was creepy and really poor. You can tell the staff didnt want to be there. They looked absolutely miserable. They threw together the sandwiches with minimal ingredients. For $40. you should get a quality meal. I got the veggie and they put 2 pieces of cheese on the whole sandwich and the avocado spread they used gave me nasty burps for hours. My friend got a $19. Sandwich with no sauce added. Strange vibe over here. I wont be coming back.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered food today and it never came. I was unaware that they have started using Grubhub to deliver and the delivery person called me saying they were outside but they weren't anywhere near my address. I ended up having to get lunch elsewhere. I doubt I'll ever order from this company again.

Closed early

So I ordered a sandwich an hour ago. Jimmy John's never takes that long so I go ahead and give them a call just for them to inform me that they don't have any delivery drivers. That would have been nice to know you know an hour prior. Wtf excellent customer service will never be ordering from this location ever again.

Definitely a rude bunch who work there. Who puts mayo on a sub and then toasts it? They say they can't put on after, which is nonsense, when Jerseys, Firehouse and even subway will. Jimmy John's went downhill, especially this 1 at Hampden and Wads.
