Their chai is the best. I buy it online as we live too far to stop into the store regularly. Their bourbon vanilla and traditional spiced chai are amazing. Way better than the chai at starbucks.

Was this place couples years ago,coffee was delicious. So today walked around with my husband,come back,coffee is still good,price still very cheap. But service is not good. One flavour coffee almost finished when I filling,coffee is not hot,almost was cold,worker is not understanding what she is doing,couple times repeated my order. Her face was like I didn't ask for coffee, but a million dollars. It feels like a worker is doing everyone a favor that she came to work. Because I live 3 stars. But coffee still good,recommend.

This place was great- I snuck away from a kids' birthday party at an indoor slide place around the corner to get some work done. The latte was good, it was a nice place to be on my computer, and the staff was great. Grateful a "regukar" coffee shop was in a mall!

Haley and Lexi helped us and they were incredibly nice and sincere. Haley told us how to make the Caramel Tiramisu Chai (incredible btw) and we ended up buying the 10 serving bag of their Bourbon Vanilla Chai to take home and try to make our own! Such an awesome experience all thanks to these two!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options like Oatmilk but Chai powder has some milk ingredient.

I purchase at least 4 bags of the ten serving size per month. I believe they should set up a rewards program for bag purchases, not just drinks. Otherwise, love this place!

I've been coming to Kataluma since it first opened at mills and it's always been awesome. I love the blended nutcracker, it's like Christmas is a cup but you can get it year round.

Not good. How do you order a normal chai here. Tried to pick a normal flavor and it was disgusting and way too sweet. Very expensive and it went straight in the trash. Waste of time and money.
