We usually buy a 8 piece bucket so we have dinner and a lunch the next day. This meal was about 2/3 what is used to be. The legs were the size of wings and the breasts were the size of thighs. Mashed potatoes was 2/3 full and at $6.50 for a large side, it's ridiculous. It's no wonder businesses are closing!

I have literally never written a review of a restaurant, let alone a fast food place. I have no idea how this place has a low rating unless they’ve came under new management recently. I’ve been multiple times in the past few months and the food has always been incredible, the staff very nice, and have never had a bad experience. I don’t mind pulling around to wait for a few minutes because every time I do the food is hot and fresh. Even the younger kids that work there have great customer service. 10/10

I've been wanting some fried chicken. Decided to pick up chicken tenders as I only like the chicken breast and not the legs or wings. Girl on intercom was rude, no stars for her. Guy at window was polite. Finally got the food and it was cold, old and greasy. Out of the 5 tenders only 2 were eatable, although still old and greasy. The other 3 were so tough I couldn't even bite into them. I cut them up small and gave them to my dog when I got home. Not what KFC was like in the past. Should have been a hint when there were no other cars in the parking lot or with us in the drive thru.
