Chicken was supposed to be original recipe, but tasted like something that was never flavored before being dipped in batter.
In short, food was not KFC quality and I paid $ 48.02 and didn't get the promised order. Last time buying anything at this location.

We only eat at KFC about once a year honestly and we normally just get chicken strips and fixings. It’s always good. I honestly don’t know why we don’t eat there more often. I ordered on the app this time. The order was correct. The people that helped to me when I got to the restaurant we’re very helpful and pleasant. I suppose that nice thing about KFC is it’s always the same.

Goes through drive through and tries to park me a burger a fries . I didn’t come through the drive through to be parked . Need better service. You get paid per hour not per order act your wage . Remember your company would fire and replace you within the week . Takes zero talent to be kind .

I am disappointed. The lady taking our order seemed sweet and on point, even checking in while we figured out what we wanted in the drive thru. However, I wanted coleslaw and I stated that, but I got fries. I asked for ranch and come back sauce but recieved none so now I'm not too tempted to come back. If you didn't have that delicious root beer, I'm not sure we could make this work.

This is by far the best KFC / AW that I have ever been to. The food was fresh, the service was quick and attentive. Along with that, the staff were very nice and the store was spotless. I'm definitely coming back as this is now my favorite place. I definitely will come back, thank you!

The staff is absolutely amazing, they're very sweet and help make sure to tend to their customers. While I think every employee is amazing, Karman tends to be the one to help us when we come through. She's very kind and generous and always has a smile on her face even when the restaurant is busy! Definitely recommend you come here for the service

This store has the habit to miss pieces in the bucket intentionally. I had two times experience that a bucket missed a piece. The meet is always dry, and the customer service, especially the manager, is horrible!
