KFC offers enthusiastic and polite service, with quick food preparation that lives up to the "fast" in fast food. The original recipe chicken remains a favorite, though prices are higher now. Sides like mac & cheese and coleslaw are decent, and the gravy is excellent. The $5 lunch is a good deal, but overall prices can be steep. The restaurant is kid-friendly and fully ADA compliant, with ample parking. The country fried steak is great and the fried chicken is tasty as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, often informing customers about specials and cheaper deals. Some staff have been incredibly kind and made customers' visits exceptional. The service is generally quick, with orders often ready within a minute. There is a good employee morale and many of them are nice and polite. Overall, KFC offers a good experience for customers. However, there have been instances of overzealous behavior from staff regarding bathroom access.
