We ordered a large meal and were short a lot of food. We went back, but they didn't offer a solution. They said the person who served us had already left, so they wanted to charge us more money for the food we had already paid for. A blonde girl and a short girl were incredibly rude. I don't know how they can have people like that working here.

They did a good job of fulfilling my 2 online orders. They were done on time and I received everything ordered. The food was what was expected and we received a free bucket of chicken, which was great! I'll be back again someday. We don't live near this KFC, and it too bad we don't. Ours is gone in Boulder.

Usually, KFC is good, but what I received was very disappointing. I bought the 5 pc. Tender combo. The chicken I got was more like big nuggets, not tenders, and they were very rough to chew, over cooked, and salty. The biscuit tasted good, but halfway through it, the other half was dried out just like a cracker. The rest was ok at best. (coleslaw, mshd potatoes grvy). Love KFC, but this was very disappointing. I'll never go back to this one again, but I'll try another one later. Someone should know about this.

7/19/2025 I would advise the franchise owners to immediately close this location and demolish it. There were people in the lobby for upwards of 10 minutes, including myself, trying to place orders. The staff repeatedly walked past all of us. No greeting from anyone. When they finally decided to wait on the customer in front of me, I overheard the staff member tell the customer that it would be at least a 20 minute wait for chicken. For chicken. This begs the question, how does a restaurant with chicken in the name run out of chicken.? Every person in the line waiting to order asked the same question. How do you run out of chicken?
Received excellent customer service by Brenda, she was very friendly and checked on me while I was eating. Great deal on the food too.
