7/19/2025 I would advise the franchise owners to immediately close this location and demolish it. There were people in the lobby for upwards of 10 minutes, including myself, trying to place orders. The staff repeatedly walked past all of us. No greeting from anyone. When they finally decided to wait on the customer in front of me, I overheard the staff member tell the customer that it would be at least a 20 minute wait for chicken. For chicken. This begs the question, how does a restaurant with chicken in the name run out of chicken.? Every person in the line waiting to order asked the same question. How do you run out of chicken?

I burned my mouth on my pot pie after letting it cool for what should have been ample time and then I nearly broke a tooth on a piece of bone in the same pot pie too!
The drumsticks were not fully cooked (practically raw) and we asked for sauces, but they were not given to us after we looked. We ordered take-out. They didn’t give us any napkins or utensils.

Alex was so great and helpful. Told me about all the specials they had I bought two of them. The country fried steak is so good. and I got a 2 piece to go, that was also on special. Very friendly people. This will be my KFC to come too.
