I personally haven't been to KFC in at least 15 years give or take. My experience the last time I went was awful the food was so bad. I won't mention what location but I swore never to go back there again. I decided to go tonight and it was such an improvement from the last experience definitely redeemed themselves. Chicken was fresh no greasy or fatty, biscuits were soft. Thanks KFC

I went into the store and there were seven people at the counter once one person made eye contact with me everybody else ran somewhere else like they were cockroaches when the light had been turned on.

They were horrible in ‘2020 and we vowed never to come back. Today decided to give them a chance. Ordered two 3 piece meals, and got no slaw in either. Was told they were more money and not included. I told him that at others they were. This is after I watched the same employee rolling his eye at an elderly man who was having challenges ordering. DON’T BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE STILL HORRIBLE!

Do not come here. Letting a customer know how long the wait time if it’s over 5 minutes seems like common sense. 10 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken is ridiculous. Choose other places that move with a purpose and if you’re on a lunch break definitely not the place to go.

Never get food from this location. We had a terrible interaction, the fries were cold and hard and my husband got sick from his chicken sandwich. Upon contacting corporate I was told there would be a follow up phone call. I never received one.
We will NEVER go to this location ever again, nor any other KFC. Disgusting business.
