This location is unbelievable. I order the tenders, they ring up the family meal and deliver wings. Just every aspect of the order that can be wrong is wrong. It's like the guy doesn't even listen to the orders, and just makes it up.

Don’t come here the employees don’t pay attention to the costumers and if you are a delivery driver don’t get orders here they make you wait because they don’t start making it till you arrive .

How are you suppose to eat a biscuit when you don't get butter or honey?
When people order from door dash you should put a packet of butter and honey for each biscuit they order!
I was pretty disappointed when I didn't see 2 butter packets or honey packets. Ridiculous! I could do your guys job better they you can!
When I worked at burger king we had put ketchup packets in for the door dash unless it was written got ranch, BBQ, etc
Just ordered food online, was missing half the food. No mashed potatoes, no Mac and cheese, no drink. 0/5 🤦♀️
Amazing!! Hot and fresh!! Ordered on uber eats and it was not soggy or cold like normal online orders. So juicy. Thank you!!!!!!
In my own experience, the food at my local KFC can be anything from 3 to 5 stars. Just not the most consistent. But what happened on this occasion truly flustered me.
Even though my mom is an immigrant. I have always taken issue with people in a public service capacity that do not have a command of the English language. And on this visit, I had to deal with someone who understood almost no English. I suppose the thing that ultimately saved me was my ability to communicate in Spanish. Very frustrating.
I'm giving thwm 5 because they put up with my argueing with them due to my own mistake and lack of understanding very well. A big kudos to how you guys handled the idiot in the pick up truck today and thank you for remaining professional throughout.

They screwed up my drive through order and then wanted me to pay for it. Worst taco bell ever
Terrible.Customer service experience. I called and spoke to a manager before I put in an online order and was assured they had an item in stock. After driving over twenty minutes to the store , I was told that they do not have the Item and that no one spoke to me on the call even though I had the record on my phone of where I'd spoken to someone for roughly 1 minute but the manager lied to my face and said that absolutely no one spoke to me. I will never shop at this k f c again. I have never had a more dishonest experience at a fast food restaurant. Stay away
