I used to come here three or four times a week I would get tacos on a corn tortilla since I am gluten-free and their chips and queso. The last five or six times I’ve been here They have queso, but no chips made or they have chips, but no queso and the staff will not make it if it is not made. They have signs everywhere that says free chips and queso but yet you cannot get chips and queso and this is not a one time thing like I said this is the fifth or sixth time that this has happened. They no longer have corn tortillas so none of their tacos can be made gluten-free. You stand at the counter for multiple minutes until someone from 711 screams back to get the employee who is working to come upfront. Now today, the girl who helped me cannot even speak English to answer my questions and refused to make any more chips and stated they will no longer carry corn tortillas. How sad I really did used to like this place a lot between the bad customer service the lack of the food availability and just the can’t be bothered attitude by the employees I have finally made me decision I will no longer come here.

I cannot believe with all the sever food allergies they place their shrimp way in the front. The sauce drips into the white rice Spanish rice and beans. I asked the gal helping make the food she said that it is per corporate they have to have it placed in that spot. I do appreciate her being considerate and changing out her gloves.

Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!

I get it. It’s located in a 7-11 but dang… I went during lunch time only to be ignored and one I actually looked at the food I’m glad I was ignored. It looked 2 weeks old, prepared by a toddler.

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

$5 for 1 taco? I know what your thinking. No way. That's to much. Out of a gas station? Nope. I'm good. I decided against by better judgment to just do it. Ya know when you smoke up and eat something and it's the best thing you've done all day? WELL BUDDY I DONT SMOKE! The meat was great! I had chicken fajita. Mom had steak fajita. Lots of meat and veggies. Not 80% veggies either. They made sure there was lots of meat and a good amount of veggies. It came with well made refried beans, and Spanish rice. Then it was topped with onion, lettuce, tomato and cheese. BRO IT COMES WITH IT IF YOU WANT IT! Just when I thought no way. It couldn't possibly get ANY better than this. Ya know what the guy tells me? "There's a free salsa bar behind you. HELP YOURSELF." I turn around and the heavens opened up and the salsa angels decended upon me with four types of salsa, jalapeno, cilantro, onions, limes and tiny cups with lids to bring home. So I brought them home. I want to keep this review short, so let's just say...there is currently a party in my mouth and I don't want any body coming over to ruin my good time. Mr. And Mrs. Laredo Taco Company, you can be inside a Burger King bathroom and I'd come back for another $5 taco.

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

6 people working, no line, and it took 20 min. to get 2 tacos.The fajita beef was fatty, tasteless and without texture. Also it was over priced. Very disappointing.

So excited to see a new taco place opening in my area, so bummed to see there’s not a single vegetarian option on the menu! Even if it’s not your forte, it’s never hurt to include more people who are able to eat at your establishment. Beans and peppers and onions or something.
