Lube latte could not honor the original quote for water pump replacement. You took the job saying the quote was still good then after the work started notified me they quoted the wrong price and if would be $300 more than quoted based on your error I would not had done the work with you if you had quoted it correctly, I requested that l/l split the overage with me and they agreed to share the burden and provided a $150 discount which met me expectations
This shop is great! I recently had a Jeep go kaput and it was devastating for me. The shop was kind and considerate in my predicament so when I finally got a new car that needed an oil change right away, I knew I’d go back. While I never enjoy car maintenance, this shop makes it easy and straightforward. And they’re very close to where I live so an added bonus! I’ll definitely be back.
