Mason's Dumpling Shop - Lakewood

I came here as a quick stop between errands. I sat at the bar right before they sat a large group. I ordered from the mobile ordering system, and it took more than 45 minutes to get all my food. They lost or forgot about part of my order. The staff was overwhelmed - but mostly by takeout orders, which they prioritized over diners. They need to limit their takeout business or staff up to handle both. Definitely will never come back. On top of the wait, the food was not good.

I went to Mason’s and was disappointed by the lack of service. Although staff clearly saw me, I was completely ignored and had to walk out. This left a very poor impression.

Sampled several different items on the menu and everything was delicious. We’ll definitely be back. Service was good. The atmosphere and decor really detracts from the experience. It’s very plain. But the food itself is very good.

This place might have some of the best food in lakewood, not to mention the portions are generous, the people friendly as hell, and it’s incredibly affordable.

It’s become our go to spot when we don't feel like cooking dinner and it never disappoints. The wife and I will be regulars here for as long as it’s open. 10/10

Amazing neighborhood restaurant with a great variety of dumplings (veggie and protein options)! The prices are reasonable, no wait time upon arrival, parking was ample/accessible, and casual atmosphere.
