Today is my nephew's 29th birthday and we decided to go to McDonald's as an impromptu food stop with his kids and mine. We were welcomed by front cashier and they/their name was "D"
"D" was very outgoing and simply pleasant to interact with. My customer service experience was above and beyond my anticipation at a McDonald's franchise. "D" brought our food to the table and politely asked if we needed anything else addressing my party of 6.
I was so delighted by his warm welcome that I had to let his manager know that recognition was due for this "AWESOME" individual. I asked "D" if could speak to the manager shortly, a pretty gal by the name of Maya approached the counter and asked me how can she be of help.
I let Maya know of my most excellent experience this afternoon at this location. I explain to my that complaints are always easy for people to deliver but compliments are rarely disclosed and I would like for"D" to be recognized for his unique personalityand kindness.
Maya agreed with me that "D" is something special and that she will be sure to mention the "kudos" to her higher ups. Hats off to you "D" for just being YOU and SURPRISE! I'm an advent reviewer for Google and YOU have been recognized.

The staff are always rude, take there sweet time on everything, and yell at you when you call them out on it… go to literally any McDonald’s, this one is the worst one

My mobile app screwed up and didn't give me a code but I got an email receipt. When I went in, the lady at the register was able to still get me my food which was cool based on my email receipt, still honoring my app discounts. Thank you!!

I have to say I am not a big fan of McDonald's but my husband totally is and we stopped for breakfast on our way back from Blackhawk. I was a bit impressed at the drive thru service. We were greeted with a happy, friendly voice that actually changed our order for us to make it a better deal. Then when we asked for extra condiments and they usually give you 1 or 2 packs extra they gave us quite a few and were happy to do so. That just made the whole event in itself worth the while!
Parking: Early morning or Breakfast crew are great people!
Online order was placed 10 minutes before arrival and still was not in process had to wait additional 5-6 minutes😡 why offer online ordering if your going to have to wait.
To the dickhead working in the drive through who just said "what are you here for?" as condescending as he could: you should change your outlook

I waited 2 minutes in drive to have my order taken, 5 minutes to get to the front window to be told they needed to drop fresh food for me and I needed to pull forward so I could continue waiting for another 4 minutes. Fries weren't even fresh so what good did that do.
