I eat at this McDonald 3 times a week maybe more and everytime I order it could be just a drink and they make me park at the mobile order and make me wait for my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. If I wanted to mobile order I would. Drive thru is drive through get the food out and let me go instead they take your money and hold you hostage. If I wanted to wait for my food I would go in. When I do go in the food comes out faster than when I order in the drive thru. Just close it down I’d rather drive to the one on wadsworth.

The manager was amazing. we had placed an online order that had gotten stolen and when we came in we got met with amazing service, as he heard out the whole situation and solved it, they remade our whole order and gave it to us without a second doubt or any extra charge, not to mention as well as meeting us with friendly service! will be coming again! thank you so very much to that amazing manager!

When you drive up I expect warm food not cold or Luke warm food. I order French fries and the last three time ls were cold and the fries weren't to much but after you leave you don't want to go back

This location is a joke. Im new in town. This is the closest location. I've bere twice, first visit was a mobile curbside order. Second was through the drive thu. They asked me to wait in space one. Both times my order was forgotten about and never brought out. After waiting 15 or so minutes I've had to go in twice and ask for my orders. Its unreal and the 2nd order was still wrong. Also the trip to Mc Donald's was for the monopoly game. No more pieces to peel off. You have to scan or enter a code on recipte and I never got one. So double whammy shit
