It's fast food: it's not a big deal if they forget a burger that costs a few dollars. It is inconvenient, and it's sad that the apathetic crew can't read an order.

The staff here are so bad. I ordered the meal online, but I couldn't get in through their main gate when I went to pick it up. So I drove to the window to get it, but I waited there for about five minutes and none of them received me. I want to emphasize that they get off work at 11 p.m. on Thursday. When I arrived there around 10:40 p.m., there was no one at the service window. It was really bad. If it could be zero, I would give it zero. So I waited at the window for about five minutes but no one received me, so I drove away. I spent 10 dollars but got nothing! Poor employee, just chatting!!

Kids running Throughout the restaurant without shoes I felt like I was in Mexico. I stood at the counter. All I heard was everybody talking in Spanish in fact, the person that I spoke to about placing my order, could barely understand what I was saying, and they didn’t get my order right which I paid for extra. I can see why Chick-fil-A some of the other restaurants are doing so much better taking business from McDonald’s.

I absolutely hate going to this McDonald's. Staff is mediocre at best. Does not pay attention when someone needs help and only wants people to order at the kiosk Like hello, if I need to pay I have to come to the register, if I can't use the kiosk or its occupied.. they just stare at you and act like they don't hear you..
I’ve come to this location for years and never had a complaint, however this mornings stop at the food window in drive through was overwhelming with perfume. Even on the bag and drink cup. Yuck!!!

Went on prom night (Saturday night) the guy working the drive thru around 11pm asked my boyfriend if he got laid. Very very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. It was an adult man asking minors btw.

First off. Chain Restaurants get 3 stars for meeting expectations. 5 stars are earned, not the norm.
Anyway, this restaurant meets expectations across the board. Think typical McDonald's, and you are golden. This location gets 4 stars in service for one employee on the morning shift. Gilda in the morning makes us feel like family every time we come in. We visit here in the morning in place of other locations just cause Gilda is here.
