Drive Thru turns off their menu signs to pretend to be closed late night about 2 hrs before actually closed.

They are not very organized and mix up orders often. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for an order of just 2 medium fries. When we got to the window I saw a bag sitting there and I had a feeling that was our food but they still made us wait another 5-10 minutes while they prepared another larger order. I couldn't even ask if that was our food because the person at the window was just standing watching a screen. Eventually, they gave us the wrong order, and when I told them we only had the fries they were rude about it. Turns out, the bag that had been sitting there the whole time was our food.. so yeah they probably dismissed our order early and forgot about it and then had us wait for nothing. And by the time we got our fries, they were cold and old. No one likes soggy fries :( the reason for the 1 star was the rudeness. Everyone makes mistakes but to be treated badly even when it's not the customer's fault is just wrong.

I hate going to this location. Almost every employee, maybe all of them are rude every time I've been there! I attempted to give them another chance one too many times, and I'm always disappointed. The food isn't horrible, but that's if they can pay attention or care long enough to get it right. I just called at 10:40pm to verify if they close at 11pm according to Google maps or 12am like Google shows. The girl who answered just laughed along with a guy and said we're closed. It must be nice to just close down a whole location any time you decide you wanna go home. 🤷♀️ 🤬

While waiting for my daughter having surgery, we took my 4 yr old to play and have lunch. It's always stressful while someone is in surgery but adding a cold day and a 4 yr old who wants to play but it's to cold for her, just isn't fun. We came across this mcds and her eyes opened up and she wasn't sad anymore! We went inside she saw the playground and... Well mommy wasn't on her mind. She ran, she played and she was happy. She wasn't sad about Mommy being sad and hurt. Her mind was refocused and she was allowed to be happy. Mommy has been sick and in surgeries off and on her whole life. For this time, she was thrilled happy playing running.... A kid! The staff was wonderful. She spilled some of her milk a wonderful employee came over mopped it up and even smiled at her winked told her it was ok. Like huh????? Just absolutely an amazing time for a little girl who needed that in her day. Thank you so very much for that magic!

This location used to be good. It's gone way downhill in the last 2 months. Easily the WORST McDonald's in the metro. If you're paying cash expect to wait 20 min. Then there's another 20 min wait for cold overcooked food.
Customer service at this place is atrocious. I go here frequently because my kids like it but the tables are always dirty and staff seems to try and actively ignore you at the counter. Good luck getting an employees attention if you need something while they all intentionally avoid eye contact or talking to anyone at the counter.

Store manager always closes the store WAY before said time with no warning no signs no nothing. She will Stand in the window and wave her finger at you all while her staff sits and eats and laughs and then she will turn lights off trying to hide. Definitely needs to be investigated this store really doesn’t care about anything.

Evans and Broadway in Denver needs new management... They would not take cash at the register, and caused me to walk out . The one time they took my order the wrap stuck mostly to the wrapper for breakfast burritos meal. Booo!!!
