I have been searching for an amazing almond croissant since I moved to Denver last year… I finally found it! Don’t sleep on moon raccoon. I’ll be hitting up the farmers market every Sunday to get pastries from them.
Just came from a pop up collaboration between Moon Raccoon and The Inventing Room, their second one. All I can say is 'De-Frikkin-Licious!' Their various creative cream filled cruffins, the sausage rolls, the croissant that has 'Katana Steel' levels of folds in it THAT ALSO HAS A BROWNIE STUFFED INSIDE... They don't make it home unscathed. None of them. I look forward to their next pop up... I WILL be there.
Super delicious and great looking baked goods!We had a croissant with cheesecake brownie inside, which was so delicious and totally different from what you are used to from Germany.The prices are a bit more expensive but it's worth it.
