Amazing all the way around! Definitely one of the best places in Colorado in my opinion. We order all the time and are never disappointed and neither are our kids. Never had a dish we didn’t like!Kid-friendliness: They are very willing to adjust any of the dishes to make them not spicy for kids or remove certain vegetables for those who have picky kids. 10 out of 10 they really work with you.

It is take out only. Not bad, typically American style Chinese in to-go boxes. We enjoyed the beef and broccoli, moo goo gai pan, and general tso's chicken. Definitely nothing to seek out, but very popular as the foot traffic in and out was very high.

New Peking Chinese Restaurant is my favorite place in Lakewood to order Chinese food takeout from. I have loved every meal I’ve gotten from there. The Mongolian beef, sesame chicken or shrimp, lemon chicken, general tso chicken, and orange chicken are great! The staff is always so friendly and the wait time for food is minimal. Definitely a go to!

Outstanding local Chinese food! The family that owns it is always very nice and prompt. Prob the best traditional Chinese we've had in Denver. It's take out only but not a big deal since we live a mile away.

Food is amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw their hours were only evening and the place looks outdated. I plan on eating their food again!

It's ok . Prices keep going up . 3 dollars for an egg roll . they took the whole Covid thing to a new level. You can no longer dine in. Won't go back

All food is prepared fresh. Try getting Egg Foo Yong at most places are yuck! Here, the shrimp or whatever you order is made into the patties where others have nasty patties with the fillings on top. Moo shu is great too. Make any entree into dinner for $4.50 more. I sure wish they'd reopen the actual restaurant for sure down services instead of just takeout.

Our new go-to take out spot after our old favorite started declining in quality. New Peking is fabulous! The fried items are fresh and not over cooked. When we ordered a non- fried item, the Mongolian chicken was tender with lots of veggies. The fried rice is amazing! I can't quite describe how it's different. But, it's soft and flavorful. It also reheats well the next day without drying out. When picking up, they are always friendly. I wish they had the dining room open.

The food was all good, the service was good. The young man who served us was very conscientious and extremely polite. The only thing that was negative about our experience was a little boy at the next table was throwing a fit. The woman taking care of him didn't do much about his fit.

There is no atmosphere! The atmosphere is plastic hanging from the ceiling that's been like that for years now. That's the problem. Not only CAN'T you dine in, they DON'T deliver, and they DON'T allow for any delivery services. The restaurant has decent food but it certainly isn't customer oriented. Part of the experience for a Chinese restaurant is the tea you get when you dine in. You get more rice when you dine in. The rice that they provide is so small it's not enough for the actual dinner. You asking for extra sauce is like a crime. They say yes but don't give it. I don't know I guess I'm just terribly disappointed. I really liked the previous owners/waiters. Now they personally knew their customers. You didn't have to tell them your order they just knew. That's how friendly they were. I miss them!

We have eaten here for years. The last 2 times we've ordered from them. The food has been so ridiculously hot, as in over spiced, it was nearly inedible.
