The service is terrible. They are so disrespectful every time I come in and they make me feel bad for having an order that's not on the menu. In particular the women is extremely rude and lets the whole line know that your holding up the line if your order is a little different. The bagels are amazing but the one women worker makes it truly a hard place to enjoy.

This shop has good bagels, and good bagel sandwiches. I really enjoyed grabbing a sandwich on the way to work. However, they are sometimes busy in the morning so it can sometimes take a little longer to order/receive your food but the staff is always working hard to get orders out. I don't believe they have a lot of gluten free options.
Today was my second time going here. The first time my food was okay, but today I ordered a New Yorker and they left off the most important part: the salmon. I paid over $11 for a lox bagel without the most important ingredient. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I recommend checking your food if you can before you leave.

I love to go here to pick up lunch quite often. However, I had a horrible experience with a young employee mopping the floors 30 minutes before closing. I walked in to order and there were other customers eating. A high school aged employee was mopping by the register and was visibly upset with me for walking in and stepping on the floors. He made me so uncomfortable with his expressions towards me, I said to him: “I won’t step on your mopping,” and he just got more visibly upset but did not say a word to me. I felt so uncomfortable I asked another employee if they were still open or if I should leave. He was helpful and assured me they were open and ready to take orders. I ordered and the kid mopping continued muttering under his breath and throwing the tables and chairs around. I felt even more uncomfortable from him. He put the mop bucket right by me where I sat and was waiting for my order. I won’t be returning - I feel very unwelcome.

To the owner, I think you take the New York attitude a little too far. Even back in NJ and New York, customer service exists. My hometown joint wouldn’t be so worked up about minor modifications. You aren’t the only one from the area and we will throw it right back at you. Lay off the Colorado natives you’re scaring them. Keep making the best bagels in the area and we will come.
