I'm not sure what happened with nicolo's but it is not the same as it was.they took the green beans off the menu very disappointed with that.my leftovers stuck to the new to go boxes so I had to throw it out.

We were recommended this place from someone in the area. Not entirely sure what they see in it. Prices for a hoagie or chicken parm are way overpriced for what they give you, and even after paying those prices, it’s pretty subpar food overall. I ordered online and it said it would be ready at a certain time. That certainly wasn’t true. Having waited for close to 20 minutes, I finally received my order. Got back to my place, and I’m missing the hoagie. I went back and they had it. I don’t know who taught them to put shredded cheese on an Italian hoagie, by the way. Just genuinely not thrilled with my first and most likely last visit to this place.

Good enough. Skimp portion on a small breastick and weird cutting pattern on the pizza. should be cut radially not laterally and longitudinally otherwise you end up eating crust slices and interior is left. No crust sucks on a pizza!

I've been going here almost 20 years. Their ingredients are always tasty and fresh. They serve great salads, and excellent calzones. My wife and I share one! Their pizza is excellent too! We ordered a pizza for the Super Bowl and it wasn't what ordered. They were happy to replace it. Great food, great service. I give Nicolo's a 10!

Great food. Been eating here for years. They do a fantastic job of being gluten friendly (shared kitchen, so not completely free by my celiac wife has never had an issue). Never had a bad meal, and the times we've dined in have always been pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options (including dessert). Shared kitchen, but they do a good job of preparing it separately. My wife is celiac and has never had a reaction from eating here.

We got sat and then got passed by the manager and waitress three times while other people got sad and drink orders taken. Unfortunately service was existent. Even after supporting this business since covid. Suçks Never coming back.

Our orders have always arrived sooner than expected and HOT. This time we had an error. It happens, we're all human. I called and both people I talked to were very polite and apologetic. I'm sorry, I didn't get their names, but they made things right. I won't go into details, as I believe each establishment should be able to do things on an individual basis. The fact is they cared and went beyond making it right. We have tried several things here and it's all been good. Everyone has different tastes, so if you haven't tried them, Please do.
