The use of Styrofoam was banned in Colorado in 2024 and they are still using it. 🤦♂️ I get that you can use it until you run out, but your Park Meadows location opened in late 2024, so you are basically breaking the law. 👮♂️
Your food was okay, but why was the chicken so oily? 🍗 And why the aggressive upselling? 😒 That's a major turn-off and will definitely affect your long-term business success. 📉 #Fail #ByeByeStyrofoam #OilyChicken #AggressiveUpselling

The fresh cooked chicken is 🔥🔥🔥
When I was first looking at the menu, the guy standing at the register already profiling me speaking Español when I only speak English. Also the food looks good, but it is not great and is overpriced. Also bought a drink and went back for a refill and said it was $2.00 dollars for a refill where it states no where on the menu that they charge for refills. Definitely do not recommend this place and will not be back again. As the man was rude after I asked him why is it $2.00 dollars when it’s not on the menu. First I was profiled and then you get treated rudely after you already bought their food.

Absolutely love this place. After three visits, the woman knew my name and literal order!! Great tasting food! The cook is also incredible, he doesn’t seem nervous as I watch the food. I will literally keep coming back.

Terrible service. I had to wait 20 mins for my order. When I asked to cancel, I was told that "I don't have time to do it". What a horrible place

If you’re ever at the mall and craving Japanese cuisine, this spot is a must-visit.
The food here is consistently delicious, making it a standout in the food court. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience.
They’re happy to let you sample before you commit, which is a nice touch. Plus, they don’t skimp on portions, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
If you’re looking for a satisfying meal with a side of excellent service, this place should be at the top of your list.

Be very careful as they will upcharge you on everything. They totally took advantage of my son and charged him $17 for a meal. We won't be returning.

First time trying this place on my visit to the mall this past Saturday and the food was great! The 8 piece gyoza was amazing very flavorful! Next time, I will definitely try the beef and shrimp with noodles.

I sampled the teriyaki chicken and had an order of gyoza. Usually, I won't get teriyaki-anything because it's too sweet and the chicken is poorly prepared. At Nori Japan, the teriyaki was subtle and the chicken was prepared perfectly. The gyoza were large, generously filled and uniformly browned. The dipping sauce was a bit salty for my taste, but still quite good as a compliment to the gyoza. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I had no complaints. The restaurant is in Colorado Mills mall food court, so the atmosphere is basically noisy public dining. However, the tables and chairs were clean and the people seemed cheerful and pleasant. It is what it is.

First, let me say the food is good. My 1 star rating is related to using Styrofoam for packaging and glasses. Are we still in 1970? We all need to do something to help with the environment. There are many other packaging options that are much better than Styrofoam. Styrofoam takes 500 years to decompose. Also, the aggressive selling strategy is very annoying. My rating would change to a 4-5 stars with new green packaging options.
