Great place overall. Owner is very kind and cares a lot about customer satisfaction. Gave me some free peanut butter rolls, fills the cup to the TOP, and if they're busy and you end up waiting a while they'll serve you a size larger cup (or maybe he forgot not sure). Owner keeps the place very clean

I am so happy I found little little gem in the middle of Lakewood! So this place offers so many healthy starts or afternoon pick-me-ups! I am Hooke to go there about 2-3 x/week. I've only had the teas, all sorts, with collagen and a Focus supplement. The breakfast bowls and shakes look amazing as well!
