My family and I had such a great experience at Old Chicago! Derrick, was very nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. He made us feel comfortable and taken care of the whole time. It really made the visit enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Derrick, for the wonderful service!

We didnt get her name but one of the upstairs bartender last night 9/4 (taller one) needs serious training on customer service! Absolutely the worst bartender that we have met. There was a private wedding upstairs last night and no sign to indicate this. She was rude and disrespectful when telling us this. Absolutely the worst night out. We will never go to an Old Chicago again. I would recommend that they retrain their staff.

Walked a few blocks to this place to have a drink and watch the game. It's two storie building with a sweet upstairs bar area. We walked up there and stood by the bar for 5 min. While the bartender help people in the wrong order and did not great people as they arrived.

So then it turns out that there was a private event there and we were crashing it. There was no sign or anyway to know it was a private event. Then the bartender was very rude about it. She was a terrible bartender and should not have been allowed to interact with customers.

Just disappointed 😞

Updated review!! We went to this location again this afternoon and had a lovely time. Our food was Old Chicago food, good but not over the top impressive. What set this visit apart from the others is... the beers we ordered were in stock and our server/bartender Aaron was fantastic. He had provided our best service yet at this location. Today was filled with good food, good drinks, good service and great company.

Every time I've gone to this particular Old Chicago, the first beverage we order is always out. That's fairly annoying. This last time our server was particularly snotty about it as well. While we were trying to chuckle about this, not being the first second or third time, this has happened at this Old Chicago. For our waiter to be slightly rude, was not cool. I do think it is time to try out other Old Chicago's in the area.

I showed up in my construction work clothing with my guys and was ignored for 25 plus minutes as I saw the staff asking multiple tables if they needed anything else including desserts, we never even got drinks ordered . Felt discriminatory and I made eye contact multiple times with the workers but absolutely nobody approached our table.
It’s a shame that this is our favorite spot however this left a bad taste in our mouths
I hope that training can be provided to the workers there to not discriminate customers regardless of attire etc……

Kay the Bartender at Old Chicago is amazing. She knows how to talk to people all the time. She knows how to cheer people up if they are down. I walked in one day and it was one of the crappiest days and weeks I have ever had and Kay conforted me. She knows the whole menu and is just amazing. Everyone loves and adores her!

We usually go to the other Lakewood location but lately here has been our place. Erin was our server the last 2 times we've been in. She was attentive, fun, friendly and all around just super chill. We sat for quite sometime in her section and never felt bothered to leave or rushed away. The food was excellent as well definitely try the double deckeroni!! Had to take some home! :) We will be making this our regular dinner spot, thank you!!

Great place to get bite to eat. Fast friendly service. Awesome beer selection. Last, but most certainly not least, it the selection of food! I try to switch it up every time I go and have yet to be let down! From the pepperoni rolls to the pizzas to the chicken sandwiches and salads they have it down.
One of my personal favorites is The Farmer's Daughter!! You really need to check her out! Mmmmmm
