The only frustration I have is when they run out of something they don't prepare for it by getting it ready ahead. Then your waiting on your order for like 10 mins. I could say that needs to be more efficient. Otherwise a great place to eat.

There is something very wrong with the food I had extreme food poisoning after eating here. I woke up in the middle of the night and had projectile vomiting all over my bed and floor. I believe it was the teriyaki chicken that I ordered. They definitely need to have a health inspection done. I will be contacting their customer service aswell to let them know of these unsafe conditions. I was in bed for 2 days the first day I couldn't keep anything down. I have never been sick like this from food in my life. Please consider when choosing this Panda Express to eat at.

I went and ordered a family meal. The item I was going to get had only a half box full, which was the steak and pepper, which is additional cost, and it was only filled up halfway and the large entrée so I asked one of the workers to fill up the rest of the box with another entrée because I’m not paying for a half empty box and one of the ladies there I said no that he cannot do that and that the next time I would have to choose something else so not only was I paying extra for What I wanted they Wouldn’t have the steak and pepper
ready for at least 25 minutes and we’re not willing to accommodate something cheaper to cover the family
Bundle that really makes me question the integrity of panda express because I’m paying $45 for a meal and she would have been OK with giving me half of a box of steak that I paid extra for and not giving me something else to supplement the rest of the empty box.

It’s a Panda Express. What do you expect? Food in the pans often don’t match the label, employees don’t care, slow service, etc.

Hard to rate the food when the restaurant doesn't want to serve. Go in person? Sure, but they might be closed randomly or you will be waiting a LONG time, even if it doesn't look busy. Order through the panda app? Good luck. Order through a third party app? It's a waste of time because they seem to be accepting orders but there is never food for the drivers to pick up.

This place really sucks! We've been waiting twenty minutes for some rice. No one is making sure that the food is coming out, but instead waits until there is absolutely nothing that was ordered. When you have to wait over twenty minutes for a $30+ meal, it should be readily available without a long waiting period. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Disrespectful and discriminatory behavior — management needs to act.

During my visit, I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Savannah. She was rude to us, forgot our order, and acted like helping us was an inconvenience. But what disturbed me most was how she treated another customer — she was clearly racist toward them simply because they didn’t speak English.

She mocked them, showed no patience, and treated them like they didn’t belong. It was heartbreaking to watch, and incredibly unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated that way for speaking another language.

Managers need to review their cameras and seriously evaluate how their employees are treating people. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable — it reflects badly on the entire business. I won’t be returning, and I hope this issue is addressed before others are made to feel the same.

The chow mein wasn't very fresh the chicken egg roll was absolutely gross! Soggy.... Very bad experience for the price charged. Definitely won't be going back

Jeanette wax our server today and she was extremely rude. My mother in law had just had eye surgery and couldn’t read the food labels. She was pointing to the food items and Jeanette wasn’t serving her pointing out the labels. She just ignores all of the customers. Doesn’t greet anyone or have ANY customer service skills. I recommend skipping this location

Being very far from home, very hungry and you just need to know the meal you’re getting is going to be what you expected it to be. I try different Panda Express items all the time but this time I got the black pepper chicken with the fried rice and chow mein. Dang it’s sooo good. The rice, the flavors of the dish, classic American style Chinese food that are always fantastic. Same here! The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs, and each other, which is a nice thing to see.
