Ordered baked potato soup with a side baguette for delivery. The only thing in the bag was the side baguette. How does this even happen? Waste of time and money.

Not impressed. They didn't have croissants first, the $7.50 smoothie was the smallest drink I've gotten for that price and it was just a mix out of a container they blended with ice, which wasn't blended well and had a bunch of chunks of ice in it, and took 15min to get with no one there. Overall took too long for small quantities of things, the kid liked his sandwich though, so that's good. Oh and everyone working there looked absolutely miserable and was not a pleasure to talk to. Maybe a work atmosphere thing? Idk but they need help.

I came in for a simple you pick two menu items only to discover that they had no bread for the sandwich I wanted. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could just put it on some kind of different bread and he said no that’s what it served with. OK? Then I went to use the kiosk mind you there’s nobody at the counter even taking freaking orders wanted to pay cash in the kiosk does not accept cash so I had to put my bowl of soup on a debit card-not a biggie. Got my soup. My bowl of soup was about half filled up not even to the top. Completely disappointed over nine dollars for a bowl of soup that wax just over half full what a waste. then to top it off at the kiosk they asked you for a tip -oh hell no! I’ll give you a tip- have bread through the lunch crowd and try hiring somebody that can answer a question behind the counter Instead of somebody who acted like I was putting him out because I asked him a question . very disappointed.

I can't believe the prices here. Half a sandwich, small mac and cheese, and a drink for $21. I bought that, two more half sandwich/soup meals, a mac and cheese and two drinks and it was $108. I could have taken my family to a real restaurant for cheaper.

Met a friend there. I had the squash soup and half a turkey club. Yummy 😋 Handicaped excessable. No stairs. Lovely out door patio with easy access as well.
Kid-friendliness: If the children are well behaved
Wheelchair accessibility: It looked like you could get a wheelchair through there fairly easy

$50 and a paid subscription and they forget the drink I pay a subscription for, TRASH. On top of that, in what world is a 3” sandwich with a single slice of meat acceptable?
This store sucks. I've tried it on multiple different occasions, to see if maybe it's a staff issue but nope. I've received multiple orders incorrect, even completely wrong meals. And today I show up for a pickup and they don't even have it available. Unfortunately, another customer STOLE my food from their "rapid pickup area". They need to fix this so it doesn't happen again.

I ordered for delivery and they tried to call me to let me know they were out of one of the items I ordered. I missed the call but when my order arrived it had a nice note with an explanation and they substituted the missing item with something I have ordered in the past. In these times it is not often this kind of accountability is seen. Thank you for being considerate and making a kind, heartfelt gesture. I can not say how much it is appreciated!!
