The ladies that work here are rude/loud and VERY unprofessional- they were venting loudly enough for the whole dining room to hear about how much they hate working here and hate their manager- I just hope they don't take their frustrations out on my food.

I never tend to leave reviews but this seriously made me upset. If you call this a whole sandwich, well I don’t want to know what’s half. I got a whole chipotle chicken avocado melt in hopes that it would look like usual but I got this. Ik I didn’t not just pay almost 15-20 dollars just for this.

Writing as a thank you. Brought elderly parent for lunch and John was incredibly patient and was very reassuring and did not hurry her. The price is nice for these days. Indoor or outdoor seating available. Kayla (who prepared our food) was cheery and sweet too. We had a fun time.
I arrived at Panera at 8:30 p.m. To pick up two orders for my mom, I was greeted With a friendly smile and light conversation, very professional! Thank you so much Christine. Keep up the great work and you are truly a gem and an asset to Panera. There were other employees around, however Christine went out of her way to stop what she was doing making us priority. There was one customer ahead of me, we were assisted very quickly and very professional again Christine, thank you so much. Keep up the good work. I wish all the employees we're like you friendly, effectively efficiently and of course with a nice smile. Thank you once again, Christine for service above and beyond.

I just dont understand how an adult can send out a soup in a to go bag and not include a spoon. $30 half sandwich and a tiny bit of soup and no spoon. Blows my mind. I guess i cant expect too much from fast food workers.

Usually order on app for pick up. Today, drink was not ready when picking up, but was immediately attended and asked by girl behind counter who/what order was. She asked my ice preferrece- something not common but highly appreciated by me. She quicky and kindly prepared my drink. Most staff here is great, but want to highlight pleasant countance of girl with green septum piercing who attended me today, she made the difference. GIVE HER A RAISE
