OMG. The staff in this store is untrained slow as snail and frustrating. I was just trying to get a loaf of bread and waited 15 minutes before I gave up and left. Sad thing is she was so slow that every time she crawled to the back, people took drink cups and walked away. Normally I would say it's wrong, but I feel for those people who had to wait for ever. I left and will not go back to this location.

John P was working the night I came in— could not rave about this guy more!! He was extremely accommodating and absolutely above and beyond throughout our entire meal. What a treat to have someone be so detailed and thoughtful at their job, it was honestly inspiring!! We will definitely be back, and hope John p will be there. He makes this location a cut above the rest :)

Take your money somewhere else. I've avoided Panera for the past few years because of how small and expensive their portion sizes have gotten. $30 for a bowl of soup, a cup of Mac n cheese (that tasted like it came straight out of a box) and a pitiful half sandwich. The bread bowl has shrunk about half the size that I remember from a few years ago and there was way more bread than soup, which is saying something since the bread bowl itself was so small. Panera has absolutely joined the wave of businesses prioritizing profits over quality, despite their claims to improve things. Also their brownie bite really is...one bite.

This worker of the Panera at Lakewood. I catch this guy in while ago he is coming out from restroom and he is not washing his hands after restroom. I try to worn him but he is def and not hearing what I said. I’ve talked manager about it but nothing changed. I have catch this guy again. he is still does disgusting habits on work and I don’t think he will change. Also I don’t care if he will lose his job anymore because he is disgusting.
He do sometimes cooking bagels sometimes preparing sandwiches and he also washing dishes. He touches everywhere and he is walking around always. Don’t eat at this Panera!!!!!!

The service and food was delightful, but the cost has increased significantly. That's the only reason they didn't get five stars. Wish it were more affordable for more regular visits.

The ladies that work here are rude/loud and VERY unprofessional- they were venting loudly enough for the whole dining room to hear about how much they hate working here and hate their manager- I just hope they don't take their frustrations out on my food.

I never tend to leave reviews but this seriously made me upset. If you call this a whole sandwich, well I don’t want to know what’s half. I got a whole chipotle chicken avocado melt in hopes that it would look like usual but I got this. Ik I didn’t not just pay almost 15-20 dollars just for this.

This location is staffed with great management. A manager, I think his name is John, was so kind and helpful. He went about and beyond for me. It’s refreshing to experience staff that do their job and are happy and kind!
