Usually order on app for pick up. Today, drink was not ready when picking up, but was immediately attended and asked by girl behind counter who/what order was. She asked my ice preferrece- something not common but highly appreciated by me. She quicky and kindly prepared my drink. Most staff here is great, but want to highlight pleasant countance of girl with green septum piercing who attended me today, she made the difference. GIVE HER A RAISE

Unbelievable! The whole purpose of ordering for pickup means we’re not interested in standing in line for 10 minutes while our food, in a bag, gets cold just so I can tell you my last name. Why is this such a hard concept? Last time I’ll ever do that!

Never going to this location ever again. The cashier Shauna was rude. The way she spoke to my mother was ridiculous when she had questions but got a cocky attitude from the cashier instead. It made my mother uncomfortable and didnt want to eat anymore. Not to mention the second Cashier Matt being drunk. I could smell the alcohol from a few feet away. Why are you allowing someone to work there who is drinking at work or coming into work drunk while children are there. It's unsafe, gross, and overall just not right. The food was great and the kitchen staff were amazing. Drake and Bree; I believe their names were; did amazing when handling food, multitasking and amongst other things. Bree was an awesome manager and I can tell that she is going to go far in the future. Panera, better your cashiers.

The people that work on the Food line are very helpful, respectful and kind. The manager is not so much. I’ve heard they treat their employees terribly and I’ve seen them used demeaning language towards them. If you want to be a leader act like a leader. I don’t want to support a restaurant that is belittling to the people working there and making our food.

Really decent inside, nice and quiet but not short on business. Great sip club beverages and they even have decaf! Not disappointed whatsoever about my experience here. Will be coming back again.

Ordered baked potato soup with a side baguette for delivery. The only thing in the bag was the side baguette. How does this even happen? Waste of time and money.
Not impressed. They didn't have croissants first, the $7.50 smoothie was the smallest drink I've gotten for that price and it was just a mix out of a container they blended with ice, which wasn't blended well and had a bunch of chunks of ice in it, and took 15min to get with no one there. Overall took too long for small quantities of things, the kid liked his sandwich though, so that's good. Oh and everyone working there looked absolutely miserable and was not a pleasure to talk to. Maybe a work atmosphere thing? Idk but they need help.

I came in for a simple you pick two menu items only to discover that they had no bread for the sandwich I wanted. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could just put it on some kind of different bread and he said no that’s what it served with. OK? Then I went to use the kiosk mind you there’s nobody at the counter even taking freaking orders wanted to pay cash in the kiosk does not accept cash so I had to put my bowl of soup on a debit card-not a biggie. Got my soup. My bowl of soup was about half filled up not even to the top. Completely disappointed over nine dollars for a bowl of soup that wax just over half full what a waste. then to top it off at the kiosk they asked you for a tip -oh hell no! I’ll give you a tip- have bread through the lunch crowd and try hiring somebody that can answer a question behind the counter Instead of somebody who acted like I was putting him out because I asked him a question . very disappointed.

I can't believe the prices here. Half a sandwich, small mac and cheese, and a drink for $21. I bought that, two more half sandwich/soup meals, a mac and cheese and two drinks and it was $108. I could have taken my family to a real restaurant for cheaper.
