Several of us stopped in for a quick late lunch. Our food was awesome. We had corn chowder, macaroni and cheese, chicken sandwich, Mediterranean veggie sandwich and the Mediterranean salad. We all were very happy with our food. It wasn't crowded and it was very clean.

Ordered the best drink today. They have ever created. It's better than the sbucks. It's worth every penny. ASK FOR Strawberry and Basil. But it's an amazing taste. That also is natural PANERA. Fresh to the max. On the menu for a limited time.

Oh Panera, how you've fallen. An iced coffee that tasted more like the 1 oz of milk i added to it. An $8 croissant sandwich that rivals something from Burger King's $3 menu.

They don't put the prices on their online menu. You don't find out how much things cost until you order them. Waste of time.....

Every time I come here, they never have enough pastries and I end up eating somewhere else. This has a common problem with this franchise for years and it doesn’t seem to get any better.

Came in and ordered the new french dip sandwich . Get all the way home to see they rang up a New York cheesesteak sandwich . Call up there and ask the manager for a refund of the sandwich . Was told she cannot refund over the phone but if I wanted to come back they can remake it . I find it odd they can pull the order up on their end but cannot issue a refund . The only other solution the manager could offer would be to mail me a coupon for a free you pick two .

Starts asking for my information , but does not ask for my name . I asked if she needed it to where she said it is on her caller id . Then asks what city I am in which was incorrect , I then proceed to give her the correct one …. Still have not received any coupon so my suspicions were correct that she really did not care . Seems like this is the theme of this Panera . I would say do not go here because if they do mess up , which seems pretty consistent , nor hint will be resolved unless you’re physically in the restaurant . Really disappointing.

I sat in my car for at least 20minutes in the drive thru I was the only one in the drive thru food wasn’t bad normal Panera bread. The staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food I’ll save us all the trouble and make a sandwich and soup at home next time

I ordered food from Panera Bread through Uber Eats on Christmas Eve and arrived to pick it up 10 minutes later, only to find the doors locked, even though staff were clearly inside. I knocked on the door, but I was blatantly ignored. One employee, a woman with light skin and makeup, saw me but chose to hide rather than assist me, as if I wasn’t a paying customer.

I then went to the drive-thru while calling the store repeatedly, hoping for a simple update. When I finally interacted with the employee at the drive-thru, she was extremely rude, claimed there was no food for my order, and refused to provide any assistance. She also said there was no manager available when I requested one.

After 57 call attempts, someone who identified themselves as ‘Jackson’ finally picked up the phone. This individual yelled at me, adding insult to injury, and provided no resolution or explanation for the situation. The unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and outright disrespect shown by the staff were appalling.

This experience was beyond unacceptable. The sheer lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service was shocking and disgraceful. Panera Bread should be ashamed of this level of incompetence. I will never recommend this location to anyone, and I urge others to think twice before ordering here !

Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes (after paying) despite being one of two cars in line. When the food came we were lacking any utensils even though we got a half salad, there was a SINGULAR napkin, and the food was worse than good. This was an unacceptable experience, two of three things we ordered require zero preparation (a drink and an apple) but we still waited this long and received subpar food/treatment.

I have come in to get some work done here and there, and every visit has been an excellent experience. First off, whenever I go, I place my order ahead of time via their app—always ordering the same salad, with a request for them to “please mix the dressing in with the salad instead of serving it on the side” in the Special Instructions section. I'd say about 90% of the Paneras I've gone to over the years seem to overlook any special instructions included, and serve the dressing on the side. This Panera, however, has always been right on top of it, and prepares the salad to perfection. And I realize in the grand scheme of things my measly little request is the not something people need to be too concerned about, but when employees pay attention to the details, it really makes a big difference!

And second, Palisha (so sorry if I misspelled) —I believe she's one of the managers— has been there almost every time I’ve gone in and she. is. AWESOME. She is such a kind woman and goes out of her way to make sure customers feel welcome and everything is to their liking. Outstanding customer service like that leaves such a lasting impression, and I truly appreciate it. So THANK YOU for that! I will definitely be back to that location.
