We've had a problem with DoorDash in the past- soo we called the store & spoke about those concerns with Manager Chris. What an incredibly awesome guy! He took accountability for our order & hit a home run! The food was amazing! The accuracy was spot on! And we will definitely definitely be back. Great job to all the employees who worked at this location tonight. Literally the best pizza order I've had in a while~

Check your pizzas! I ordered pizza tonight and couldn't eat it. They used expired dough, and didn't give us our right toppings. I called numerous times got hung up on 4 times before I finally got through to a manager and couldn't even get new ones made, so my family is eating bread sticks for dinner tonight. Thanks guys.

Walked in and saw a worker vaping while making a pizza. Another was talking about make sure you get high before going on deliveries. This place is a mess. Oh and my order was wrong 😞
Ordered for a scheduled delivery at 5:30pm, the delivery never showed up. Called the store at 5:40pm and asked where my scheduled delivery was. The person on the phone said it's leaving the store right now... At 5:40pm... Ok, maybe they're running behind after all it's Friday night... Time goes by. Next thing you know it's 6:15pm. I live 9 minutes from this location. Still, no pizza. I call the store back again, and the guy on the phone tells me "yeah, the DoorDash driver probably stole it... I'll just give you a refund... Piece of mind for the refund, but why are you utilizing DoorDash? I've never had a doordash driver ordering from this location ever. They're hurting you more than helping you. And why was I never informed of a delay on a scheduled delivery?

Absolutely do not order pizza for delivery from here. This happened 8 days ago and I am still upset about it. I had placed a pizza order for delivery a few hours in advance and set the delivery time for 7:15 pm. The first red flag was that I received no way to actually track the status of and view my order. Whatever. 7:15 pm rolls around, no way to track. Pizza isn’t there, but figure they’re probably just running a few minutes late. 7:30 rolls around, no pizza. I decided to call the store to see if anything was wrong. It rang until it hung up. That’s weird, let me try again. Same thing. This time I listened and waited for the manager choice, selected that, and then the same thing happened again. The pizza didn’t arrive until nearly 8 pm. I shouldn’t have to call your location 3 times to inquire about an order that was placed hours in advance and a delivery that is running late. Terrible service. Give your business to other places in Lakewood instead.

Ordered delivery, order came completely wrong. pizza didn’t have jalapeños, the breadsticks didn’t come with our extra sauces, the two flavors of wings came both as the same flavor, the pizza was nearly cold, and they did not answer the phone when I tried to call to let them know my order was messed up.

Got a pizza that had been shuffled around and the toppings were everywhere. Called in and the manager had a new one out in 30 minutes fresh and hot on a Friday Night. Good job to the manager on duty, you sounded busy.

I spoke to a woman 3 of the times who was completely unhelpful and rude. Your store is awful. Your workers have zero customer service skills. And ever since you partnered with DoorDash for delivery it's only gotten worse.
