Very disappointed in papa John’s we ordered delivery tonight and it was horribly disgusting!🤢 the pepperonis had such a strong smell it made me sick to my stomach the kids wouldn’t even eat it wasted $40 on some wings that weren’t even cooked all the way a 2L of Pepsi that was flat the only thing that was good was the cheese sticks… I would appreciate it if I got a refund for this food we received.

This place is definitely under staffed but the two guys who were here were absolutely KILLIN IT! They were prompt and professional with the customers and you could tell they were overwhelmed but still on top of absolutely everything. I found out they're names are Kent and Nathen, these guys need a raise!

I hope this is a fluke. I've been a Papa John's fan since the 90s. Today we ordered our usual favorite, and they gave us something other than a usual Papa John's pizza. The crust was a premade crust, like one you get a a grocery store that tastes and looks like cardboard. This was NOT the normal Papa John's crust, and it made the pizza so dull and tasteless. You could see the fork marks in the nearly-a-cracker crust. Papa John's crust doesn't have fork holes. I hope this is a one off and not a new way to save money, thinking we (the customers) won't notice. Whatever we got today is the most boring take out pizza I've had since the rectangle pizza of my high school days. If this happens again, I guess it's bye bye Papa John's.

Ive been coming her for the past few months, food is always good, customer service is exallent!! Love this location

Ordered pizza last nights. After 2 hours of waiting I tried calling the store. Nobody would answer my call. Then I called customer service and they stated all they could do was file a compliant on my behalf and I might get my money back. They could not reimburse me for my order or cancel it. Then 3 hours later Poppa John’s DoorDash my order to me and it was missing half my order. I can’t call anyone to make it right. So I’m just screwed. I will never order from this place or company again.

Ordered pretty late last night, so was very appreciative when the store still accepted the order, but also made it fast, and deliciously!

Most the time the Pizza is never delivered.

The bad reviews must be the lazy people who refuse to go pick up their own orders. Every time I go to this location, not only are the people friendly (even the teens surprisingly) but the pizza is always consistently good. Order is right every time as well. Delivery drivers make lots of mistakes but when you pick up yourself this place always slaps
