Starting off the host was efficient and considerate in where to seat us. Our waiter was on top of it with refills and suggestions from the menu with expertise, Coban aka Coby deserves all the tips and kindness from people that visit. The owner was walking around talking to every single table and I was noticing everyone smiling during and after his visit to their table. The owner made it our table and shared a little about himself and created conversation comfortably and meaningfully. We will definitely be back.

We went for my 22nd birthday and Jill was phenomenal. She was so kind and accommodating with us and even handled a customer across from us (in my opinion, ridiculous complaint) with kindness and dignity, and as someone who also works in service I know how difficult that can be. She totally made my day. Evertime I've come here has been great. Excellent food too, I highly appreciate the chefs and staff that make this place so lovely 💓

Jill was absolutely the sweetest woman ever. Felt very special and cared for on a birthday lunch. The manager was also very nice and adjusted the lighting for an older couple. A very loving, professional, and caring team. The food was incredible, will definitely be back soon. The only PF Changs I will ever want to go to.

I ordered PF Changs through DoorDash. The food arrived hot however it did not have plastic utensils. I had nothing to eat with! I clocked out of my shift, drove to the restaurant, and spoke to the manager. I was very disappointed by the lack of empathy and action from the manager on duty (2:30pm Sun Mar 8). He offered to mail me a gift card of unknown amount. I will update my review if that gift card ever arrives.
In summary, only dine-in here. Do NOT order take out or delivery from this PF Changs because they do NOT know how to package it properly.
