I swear I didn’t even like pho… until THIS place. The pork spring rolls, cream cheese crab wontons and pho were all crazy good. And the milk boba tea? Obsessed. We officially found our new pho addiction. 🧋🍜
Twice we’ve been here and I’ve wanted to leave a review with pictures but we end up eating our food too fast to remember. So here’s a picture of our empty plate. The Banh Mi is delicious, the bread is so fresh and crispy. The avocado springs rolls are so fresh and crunchy and we love the peanut sauce. Also don’t sleep on the wings, they were sooo fresh and moist and crispy on the outside. Perfect crunch. I want to come back and get boba cause I’m sure that’s also fantastic....
The rare steak and brisket pho and veggie pho were delicious. The broths were very balanced and clean tasting. I did not rate 5 stars due to the many missed opportunities for gluten free options. I was so excited to try their beef stew, but I was told it is not gluten free due to them using flour to thicken it. WHY?! They can use cornstarch, arrowroot powder, potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, or a gluten free flour to thicken instead!!! AND they put hoisin in their peanut...
