Nothing was tender or even hot. The sides were super meh. I'm pretty sure the mashed potatoes were powdered. Really mediocre, especially if you've actually had great BBQ before

Piggin’ Out BBQ served up an amazing pig roast with 5 sides for 100 people at our wedding up in Grand Lake and did a fabulous job. All of the food was DELICIOUS and the pig was a true show stopper: look at the bark on that thing - perfectly smoked, moist, tender and the meat was just falling off the bone. Plus, their BBQ sauce selection was great. Our friends and family will be talking about this for years! They even made me special pan of gluten free bacon mac and cheese, and we got a vegetarian quinoa poblano entree that the veg heads loved. Literally everything was on point and so tasty. Thanks again!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! This BBQ place has the best atmosphere for this kind of food. It felt like I was in a backyard, having a great relaxing meal with friends and family. On top of that, the food is top notch BBQ. Full of flavor, juicy, and smoky; Sauce not needed! This is my go to for BBQ now!
Fantastic fantastic food and excellent drinks with local liquors. Came back again in 2025 and the food is still delicious, affordable, and great local spot. I highly recommend.

I've passed by this place for years and today I was in the mood for some good tasty BBQ. I wasn't the only new customer today, there were 3 others in line with me too! Tight space if there would have been more customers ordering.
I had a hard time ordering because there were so many things I wanted to try and the aroma of the bbq was making me more hungry. I ended up ordering the Porky's Pie Bowl - Mac and cheese, baked beans, pulled pork, candied bacon, and mild bbq sauce. OMG yep, all that goodness in one bowl. The pulled pork was so tender and the candied bacon was out of this world. I wasn't watching calories today for sure. I couldn't finish it all so yummy leftovers it is!
There is plenty of outdoor seating. It looks like they have added sections of covered seating throughout the years. Minimal indoor seating. I'd come back for another tour around the menu. I need to try something from desert menu too, but I'm stuck on what I should get first, banana pudding, peach or cherry cobbler or frosted Nashville honey glazed cornbread!

Seriously great smokehouse BBQ. One of our go-tos for BBQ on the Front Range of Colorado. Great for takeout or casual, friendly, funky outdoor patio. And as great as their barbecue meats are, you have to try the mac and cheese side dishes with green chili, or candy bacon. Many things to eat here that are seriously excellent.

The pulled pork and ribs are the kind you’ll keep thinking about days later, and the sides (hello mac & cheese and cornbread!) make the meal even better.
It’s the kind of place where you can roll in hungry, leave happy, and already be planning your next visit!!
