Did not receive all of my order at one time. Delivery driver did not bring both pizzas. I had ordered and then when I cold to get the rest of the order.Representative on the customer service line seemed uninterested in the inconvenience, the store provided

I made a huge order last night and it said it was delivered at 725pm and it was not. I ended up calling it finally showed up well after that. Then when it did show up I was missing an entire pizza. So I called again and they said they would send it out. About an hour later it got here abd they wanted payment for the pizza again. I paid $135 09 for my total order and if that wasn't enough they wanted payment for the missing pizza that was already paid for. Customer service via phone call was just unprofessional an hold time was ridiculous I get it was a Saturday night but still... this location has so many issues. An I see all the 1 star reviews... disappointed

1-13-2025 at 1:38 pm.. I ordered a pizza online at 12:18 pm. I’ve been receiving notices that my Order has been picked up by a Door Dasher, rcvd numerous notices it has been picked up already. I called the store and was told by the rudest employee that she was the only one there and I just need to wait for my order. She stated my order has not left the store. I ordered at 12:18 pm it is now 1:30 pm. She would have a driver deliver my order as it has just been sitting there. The last time I ordered from this store a door dasher stole my order, so obviously I am very concerned this could happen again. The worker did not seem to take my concern as an issue. Now my delivery is now pushed out to 2pm for delivery. Close to two hours for a HOPEFUL delivery. The worker (female) was simply RUDE….. management needs to address these issues.

What is the damn point of ordering from a place that should have its own delivery drivers if they just send it to DoorDash. Who then loses the order. And Pizza Hut can’t even refund you. I hope this location fails.

Good pizza at a fair price. The pizza is always consistent. Always warm and fair amount of toppings. If you ask for plates and cutlery they always come through. Have tasted worse and better but they are always consistent. I'll continue to buy there, fair prices and good food. Wings not bad either.
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza isn't bad, good option for Fridays during Lent.

TL;DR: Over three years of 1 star reviews for poor service, incorrect/undercooked/raw food, doubious billing, and hours spent waiting for food to be delivered (if it was delivered at all).
I spent $40 on dinner for my family from Pizza Hut.
I used 300 Rewards Points to get a pizza. While the pizza did have the toppings I asked for, it was on thin crust, not the hand-tossed crust I requested in the app.
I ordered mild, boneless buffalo wings. I received the Burnin' Hot buffalo wings.
I ordered two packets of blue cheese. I received garlic butter.
I ordered a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. This was not sent with the order. I had to call the store to request that it be delivered. To be fair, I was offered either a $20 credit or to have a 2L be delivered. I chose the 2L. But, honestly, I will not be ordering from this franchise again.
On top of all of this, the Dasher who was sent did not speak the same language as I do. We were forced to use our cell phones to translate to one another. The Dasher didn't understand why I was frustrated and did not understand what all I had ordered.
This is the second time I have ordered from this location. This is the second time my order has been incorrect. I prefer to order in the app to 1) get Reward Points 2) to minimize confusion 3) allow Pizza Hut employees to do their job, and not have to stop assisting in-store customers to answer a phone call.
This is part of the email I sent to the franchisee. She let me know she was the person I spoke to when I called. She said she could refund my card or give me a $50 credit. I didn't hear back from her for two weeks about the credit. She said it's tied to my phone number.
Um, no thank you. I know enough about disgruntled food workers enough to know I'm not trusting any food from them.

Placed order for takeout at 1145. I waited at the desk for 10 min, but it appeared nobody was working in store. I yelled to the back of the store numerous times but still no answer. Finally, I drove to another place to grab lunch, and returned 45 min later to get full refund. Still, nobody was at the store almost an hour later.
I never received my prepaid food, and couldn't get my refund because the Pizza Hut customer service hotline kept transferring me to different ppl - who all repeatedly said "ONLY the store could give me a refund"😂. I told them no employees were working there, or they quit after opening the door, but customer service still wouldn't give a refund.
I'm currently trying to get my $15 back for a pizza I ordered but they would not make. I can't get any help at the store, or calling the customer service number.
ZERO STARS - NO EMPLOYEES WORKING FOR AN HOUR. WOULDN'T REFUND MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

These people are incompetent. They constantly mess up your order. I got 2 pizzas last night ordered through uber. Uber didn't want to fix the problem so I called them directly asking if I bring the pizzas back if they can just remake them the way it was supposed to be made they refused. I wouldn't order from this location again if it was the last thing standing in this they are rude and I haven't had a good experience with them not once. I spent 60 bucks on this BULLSHXT. This location is a joke. If you're craving pizza and you want it made correctly literally go to any other location or pizza place but here

Pizza Hut has been my go-to fave for 30 years. This was my first visit to this specific store and I’m super disappointed. I ordered our normal (EXTRA SAUCE, EXTRA CHEESE). But when I got it home, saw that what I got was basically a large cracker with a little cheese and few toppings. ? Don’t start letting me down now Pizza Hut. ?

I’ll make it short and fast as possible, I ordered dinner for my family had worked 15 hours and still had to leave to go do something, I ordered 36 wings and four pasta's but only received 16 wings. I called back and the employee who answered was friendly and helpful, the manager was awesome as well he took care of me and I was more than satisfied. Keep up the great work, customer service means so much!
