Ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks. Pizzas were both very dry, but hot. All ingredients were there except the marinara sauce as we discoveredwhen recooking later?!! We knew something was wrong, but couldn't put our finger on it because that is so basic for any pizza!! The time before we ordered 1 large pizza, 2 veggie pastas, and bread sticks. When I went to pick it up was missing a veggie pasta!! The app keeps freezing during ordering, so I've been calling it in to a live person. I guess if__ I use them again I'll be sure to specify with marinara sauce on the pizzas!!

RE: my visit 6/24/25 around 10:15 pm .... AWFUL! Shoulda stuck with my usual choice and ate Domino's tonight! I don't know what happen to my pizza but first thing i noticed was how light it is, crust barely barely browned, cheese is white like they baked it just enough to melt the cheese. So then I'm eating a slice and i taste no sauce (i ordered the garlic) and realize the crust is dough! this after a weird long stringy meat thing gets stuck in my tooth so i can't spit it out and it literally gagged me, i think it was from pepperoni. IDK but there are a few of those scattered on my pizza, short little pieces but either way GROSS! then I'm like where's the bacon..... there's a few small thick chunks of fat and a few random pieces, pretty much all look kinda raw. I forced down 1 slice cuz I'm starving, it's 10:30 pm i wanna go to bed but I'm seriously unhappy enough i will no longer patronize this location. i just don't feel like there's any excuse for this. There was clearly zero effort put into the making of this pizza which i don't get cuz isn't that THEIR JOB?!! SOMEONE SHOULD REMIND THE STAFF HERE (and not all of em) THAT CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON FOR THEIR PAYCHECK SO DO BETTER! The first thing i was put out about is i asked to use the restroom and was told it's unavailable and in the same breath the guy asks if I'd like a receipt, which i was going to ask for so i could add a tip but if i can't just run in to pee before i leave then forget it but I'm glad cuz my awful pizza was not deserving of a tip. And as I'm finishing up here I'm noticing what a bad taste it left in my mouth. I WORK HARD TOO AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE WASTING MONEY ON A PIZZA THAT'S NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION! My last three visits here have been great! Camber, whom I assume (and hope) is the manager is always really nice and helpful with a welcoming smile on her face.
I have also noticed while waiting for my order on multiple occasions, Camber speak to and treat other employees with such grace and kindness that it stood out to me.
My food orders have also been solid. My food was always hot and prepared as I had ordered with no mistakes. It is because of these experiences that I will continue to come to this location. Thankfully, it's close by.

Last time ordered pizza from here was delivery. I live literally 3 minutes and it took an hour and a half on a slow night. This time I ordered pick from the app and the pizza was short of olives which I was charged for . Come guys get it right!!!

Very bad, they treated me very badly. I am a delivery worker. I went to get an order. There was only one girl who was supposedly a manager, but I think that nowhere would a manager treat me like she treated me. I went to get an order first, which I dropped, and I told her the name. and she came to serve me in a very bad way, she saw the name and told me 20 minutes and left then I got another order, a double, well obviously I had to let her know what the other order was, I called her again in a good way and in a very bad way and she rudely yelled at me that now they weren't going to do 20, if not 30 minutes, she yelled at me and I told her that I didn't understand English and through a translator she wrote to me that she was busy and since I called her again now I had to wait 30 minutes very rudely. She turned her back and made faces at me. At no point did I rush her, I insulted her, nothing, I just called her to let her know that I had another order and well, I feel very surprised and shocked at how she yelled at me and how she spoke to me, at that moment I was alone. She was there, then two more guys arrived. I wrote in the translator the way the lady treated me. When I left, I was going to show the guy who was there and she didn't let me at all. She interceded so that I couldn't tell other staff that I was there. Regarding the treatment she gave me, I think that a supposed manager like her should not work with the public. I feel very uncomfortable and bad.

I grew up not too far from a Pizza Hut and had fond memories of their pizza. The pizza I got from this location was nothing like the Pizza Hut pizza of yesteryear. I've seriously had better frozen pizza. Actually, most frozen pizza is better. What's worse, when I complained I was told I'd get a refund, but the refund never arrived.

If you order from this Pizza Hut it will take an hour plus to get your food and a good chance it will be cold and stale when it arrives. I will no longer be ordering from this location anymore. 5 times is enough of a second chance for me. Stay away!!! You've been warned...
