QDOBA Mexican Eats

I jumped on here to leave a review for one reason and that reason is Jack. That dude had the entire restaurant covered single handedly and did it well. He was friendly, caring, efficient, accurate, and most of all, great at his job. I appreciate your effort Jack and hope those around you do as well. Hats off and props to Jack!

Best Qdoba I have ever set foot in! Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Super yummy! My kids absolutely ate it up and will definitely want to come back to this location. long live the empire!

Manager threw up her hands and said “I’m not getting in trouble for that” when my brother asked if he could have his employee discount and we asked why, she couldn’t honor the discount at her location out of curiosity. This is the first qdoba to deny an employee discount on only her account. We’ve literally never had an issue before. THEN she proceeds to mumble under her breath as she walks away. That’s the part that got me irritated to leave this review. I’ve loved this qdoba for years because I live within walking distance but I’ll honestly just make the effort to go elsewhere until she’s gone. To clarify, the ONLY thing we asked or demanded was “Why?” At no point in the 10 second conversation did anyone force anything on her to warrant “I’m not getting in trouble for that.” Her name starts with S I think. I didn’t ask but she was the only manager on duty today.
