Hands down my favorite Qdoba, I drive from downtown Denver just to get their nachos! Amazing servings,fresh food & fantastic customer service. its refreshingly nice. Our dinner tonight was the perfect ending to a busy day! Right on guys! Keep rocking it out.

This review is written on the lady and the young man who was working in the afternoon on 7/24/2024 at 6:50 pm. we were standing in front of them for about 20 minutes waiting to see if they could take our order. Both of them were walking in circles and going to the back ignoring us when we made clear signs that we wanted to order, I don’t think they were even interested in taking our order so we went to another place to eat and as soon as we left they came to front looking to take orders. This is not a good attitude to have towards customers, if you don’t wanna work in the food industry then don’t, it was bad experience overall don’t recommend to come here.

I absolutely love this Qdoba! It’s super clean and the food is always fresh. I got the pleasure of being served by the Gm, she is so friendly and upbeat. Helping her crew. It’s so refreshing to see an upper management help out and have a positive attitude about it. Qdoba is my favorite restaurant hands down, so I have been to many. I have to say this one is the best and something about the chips here is top notch! I recommend coming to this Qdoba over any others!

I was starving after a long day and my family was at Colorado Mills visiting from out of town. I have celiac and when I tell you they were thoughtful, compassionate and knowledgeable about what they could serve me and keep me safe...it literally blew my mind! They changed gloves, washed their hands and advised me about what does and does not contain gluten. They were incredible and went above and beyond (as far as I am concerned) with helping me stay safe with my food choices. It is really difficult to eat food that is safe going out for people with celiac and these folks did a stellar job!! On top of it, my bowl tasted incredible!! The chicken was fresh, had no fatty texture and everything just tasted so good! 10/10 Go visit this Qdoba!! Not only do they make great food, they genuinely care about you and food safety. 100% recommend to anyone.

I work at the mall and come to Qdoba quite frequently, the ladies behind the counter are amazing I always look forward to seeing them whenever I stop by. Always super quick and sweet.

Cancelled My Order For No Good Reason But Did Take Out The Money From My Account.

Usually I have the best time ordering online and picking up. However the usual crew wasn’t on tonight, my online order somehow didn’t go through, and they had the worst attitude. We walked in 30 minutes before close and they were already locking the doors. Did not treat us well. Contemplating coming back to this location again if they continue to have unreliable lazy employees.

The first gal that helped me was amazing! She was very friendly when making my food. Food tasted great. The gal that checked me out had an attitude. She argued with the first gal about my drink option. Then I showed her on the app what my drink options included and she was rude about it. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt and just ripped it off and threw it away. Her only interaction with me was arguing with the other employee. No thank you or have a nice day. Usually the employees are very friendly at this location.
