QDOBA Mexican Eats

I love this Qdoba despite that it was busy while i received amazing customer service and the food was really good! the girl with the glasses at the register was so sweet and the girl making my food with the beautiful makeup was super nice and friendly. I’ll 100% be back for the yummy food and service :)

Went out today after not having had eaten QD for years after a terrible sickness🤢🤮 experience. Today I decided to give it a try with my adult kids. The man behind the counter could read my like a book and got me through a safe but appetite inducing size good for me veggie bowl and when he heard me decline to let my kids buy my lunch, I declined but the cashier basically let me know it was happening. I teard up and let him know what his kindness meant to me as I’m a giver that never expects anything in return so this touched me. I may not eat at any QD but I will return here. 🙏

The only thing better than the food was the customer service! The food was delicious, especially as a tourist looking for something quick, the employees were attentive, helpful and kind.

I haven't had Qdoba in years and thought I would give it a try. NEVER again. The rice was overcooked. The chicken was so rubbery that it made me question if it was chicken at all. The fajita mix was barely cooked and raw. While the staff was nice the food quality was poor. Probably the worst burrito I ever had and ended up throwing half away. I live in the mountains so no chance of returning it either. Would not recommend and will choose another place in the food court if I am ever there again.

Hands down my favorite Qdoba, I drive from downtown Denver just to get their nachos! Amazing servings,fresh food & fantastic customer service. its refreshingly nice. Our dinner tonight was the perfect ending to a busy day! Right on guys! Keep rocking it out.

This review is written on the lady and the young man who was working in the afternoon on 7/24/2024 at 6:50 pm. we were standing in front of them for about 20 minutes waiting to see if they could take our order. Both of them were walking in circles and going to the back ignoring us when we made clear signs that we wanted to order, I don’t think they were even interested in taking our order so we went to another place to eat and as soon as we left they came to front looking to take orders. This is not a good attitude to have towards customers, if you don’t wanna work in the food industry then don’t, it was bad experience overall don’t recommend to come here.
