Danny is the worst server ever. 10 minutes for drinks 45 minutes for food his uniform was so wrinkled and had food stains that looked like he hasn’t washed his apron in weeks he was smelly , I don’t understand! And it was slow!!!! How do you get terrible service and a smelly server with poor hygiene when it’s slow?? At least have good service. You should really re evaluate who serves your guest. Very unappealing and quite disturbing and disgusting to have someone with such poor hygiene some one who STINKS bring food to your table?

Cameron was amazing, food came right away and service was fantastic, he was super busy but it felt like we were the only people in here from the amazing service. Food was amazing as always.

My mom and I arrived shortly after they opened (barely any customers) to have a drink in the bar as we waited for take out food. The bartender took 10 minutes to take our drink order (granted they just opened, we ordered special seasonal drinks advertised with Deep Eddy Ruby vodka and I see him pour non flavored well vodka and call him out. He explains they don't have the grapefruit vodka and it didn't matter because we wouldn't have been able to taste it anyways. But he didn't even ask us. And charged us the same price for cheaper vodka.THEN it took him 30 more minutes to take our food order. By that time 2 other groups showed up at the bar. He took all of our orders at once. All of their food came out, and they finished by the time our 2 meals arrived. Which were cold and rubbery (shrimp). He kept saying he was working on boxing them up. The biscuits were amazing though. When I went to the restroom, there were 5 tables, 3 of 2, 1 of 4 and 1 of 8. All but 2 came after us with food on the table. I saw at least 5 servers and 1 hostess.Terrible to-go service even though we stayed for a drink while we waited because the last time we order to-go on the app we waited 20 minutes longer than the app said.Knowing the to-go customers came in before in-dining customers should not impact the time of food preparation. What is extra frustrating is the couple that came in 30 minutes after us (orders placed at the same time) order almost exactly what we ordered and were getting their to-go boxes when we finally got our food.I don't know that I'd go here again after 2 failed services with to-go. There was also another customer waiting about 25 minutes for pickup, who mentioned it was supposed to be ready 20 minutes prior.

It was my birthday today, we had incredible service from Kameron, See him if you want amazing service!! He's a great server, food was incredible too.If you don't like Brussel sprouts, try there's cuz i hate normal ones and i cant get enough of there's! Amazing!!!

So what made this whole experience was definitely the service my calamari came out a little later than the rest of the friends I was with so they ended up picking up my tab on my dinner and as far as everything else went the food came out really fast we were there about 7:30pm on a Friday night it wasn’t busy at all . And my only complaint is that it’s super dark in here and I could barely see if front of me . Other than that it was a nice evening .

For lunch we had the lobster tail/shrimp scampi deal and it was divine and generous portions. Our server was attentive and sweet. Loved the dark wood , port hole windows with cabin lights per each booth-very cozy.

Rocky Mountain Prepper

I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in probably 20 years. They just didn't impress me. That changed last night. I finally relented to go and I'm glad I did. Everything from the food, the atmosphere and the wait staff were great. If you haven't tried them in a while, I think you should. You may be pleasantly surprised.
