The burgers are good, got the Whiskey River BBQ burger and it was cooked how I requested. The service was poor as the waitress wasn't very attentive to several of her tables, leaving several visibly upset waiting on refills or even assistance with paying their bill.
Love the vegetarian options and variety. Onion rings are yummy.

A friend and I stopped in this restaurant a few weeks ago and we were both impressed with both the food and the service. We both ordered a limited time burger special with fries and a beer. The burger was great and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive.

Outstanding customer service. Asked if a certain beverage was good and the server said if I didn’t like it they would replace it. I ended up loving it but the thoughtfulness and offer make it a great restaurant.
Their prices must be high to make up for the bottomless items and endless refills.
The bottomless rootbeer floats are insane and appreciated. Makes paying $18 for 4 chicken strips and 4 pieces of broccoli hurt less.
Anna did a great job as our server.
Two other people came by, brought food and cleared dishes.
They obviously all know what they're doing.
The prices keep me away, but the service will be what brings us back.
We are frequent customers here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Tonight I decided to order online and DoorDash did not deliver it, the manager was so helpful and sent another one out. It never came. Finally the manager said he would personally deliver it to us! 5 star service!! And thank you Red Robin for coming through!!

One 22 ounce Coors Light with tax $7.79 ! Within walking distance - Rusty Bucket 1/2 price, with less expensive food and better quality. Greenfield's 1/2 price, with less expensive food and better quality. Innsider within Holiday Inn 1/3 the price of a alcohol drink, with way better food selection plus better quality. Do yourself a favor just don't go to Red Robin ! Check locations !
Our server was very friendly and our food came out fast! Their cocktails are mixed beautifully, I'd never had a long island iced tea before and the one I had here was amazing! The art on the walls is interesting in every corner of the restaurant, definitely one of the best Red Robins I have dined at.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors, but the entryway is wide and flat. There are tables one could sit in their wheel chair at with friends, and most of the restaurant seems wide enough to accommodate most mobility aids, maybe some tight spots. I didn't see a ramp leading from the parking lot to the sidewalk by the restaurant, but there may be access to the sidewalk from the lot elsewhere in the shopping center.

Great food and excellent service with Nicole. Very fast. I love and recommend the bonzai burger. Pass on the tavern or Reds burgers.... They are lesser quality
