Everything about this place, except their product is absolutely amazing, but as a cava brewer who got trained by one of the best places in Colorado, I have a very high expectation for kava an kratom.and the product coming out of this place is atrocious.i would not recommend consuming their in house brewed product.i applied there for a job.day one of training i immediately quit because i didint want my name attached to such poor product nor do i want to be attached to bad brewing practices.aside from that the environment is amazing the staff are very polite an respectful.definitely a great place to hang out and maintain one’s sobriety but as far as everything else.they need to hire REAL brewers an GOOD LAB TESTED natural product.and they need to treat their brewers better.they trained me to be the Barbitch.on top of brewing it was my job to also clean the entire place.that’s not a brewers job that’s a barbacks job an every reputable establishment in the Kava community should have one.all in all though it’s not a horrible place just needs better quality control across the broad.if it changed afew things up it would out do everyone inside of a month but they are running it like a McDonald’s trying to branch out with quantity instead of focusing on quality it’s my opinion that’s going to fail overtime.

Peak Kava is a fantastic place for anyone looking for a safe, sober and relaxing environment to socialize at. It’s a bar without the booze; pool tables, darts, trivia, karaoke, EDM DJ nights, themed parties and it’s always a good vibe even if you’re just hanging out at the bar with one of their awesome Kavatenders. GM Bobby always ensures you’re having a blast and Kavatender Emerson is extremely attentive, bubbly and always smiling. I always come to see Taylor. She’s always really fast with her service and very attentive to everyone that comes into the bar. Working and hanging out at other kava bars I know how hard it is to find someone so on top of it but Taylor is. Bobby and Emerson are also great and I love seeing them too.

I've been coming here for over a year now and this is hands down the place to be! The music is always spot on and the vibes are immaculate. The people who frequent this sober bar are people you want to surround yourself with. EMERSON is the best kava tender you'll find anywhere in Colorado...maybe even in the entire country! BULA!

One of the main reasons I loved this place was the music and environment. When you spend 6+ hours patronizing a business on the regular, the music is a huge part of the environment and vibe and influences your decision to keep coming back. The staff always played an eclectic assortment of genres, styles and changed up the music in adherence to both the occasional theme of the night and the tastes of the customers. Apparently there’s a new policy banning EDM and electronic. The majority of the customers listen to EDM, as does the crowds attracted to Kava bars, and we are now forced to listen to hip hop continuously. We had a community of people who love EDM concerts, bonded with other customers on that premise making new friends, and knew we would hear amazing tracks because most of the staff are well versed in EDM and have great taste. Incredibly disappointed to find out that management thinks restricting music they don’t like personally will somehow reflect the tastes of their most loyal customers. It doesn’t. If you listen to exclusively hip hop, this is the place for you. If your tastes are correlative to the rest of us who enjoy a wide range of music, prepare for disappointment. “That’s Kava” is much more responsive to the tastes of their customer base and I will be spending much more time there with an environment that understands that the customers, the people paying the bills, will more happily patronize an establishment that doesn’t ban your favorite type of music when you decide to spend your precious money and free time at their business. Very very disappointing.

I love this place! I always feel so welcome every time I come! The people are all so amazing a friendly and I love everyone who works here! If you want a place to go chill, play some pool, and meet some great people with no alcohol, this is the spot!
