I went on November 11, the two people working was very disrespectful and didn’t greet and it felt very awkward to be in the room especially while ordering. The drinks were okay but because of the costumer service we received it was very difficult to be there.

Sharetea is the best boba!

I'm a regular customer at this particular Sharetea location. The reason I'm writing this bad review today due to 3 very bad drinks I ordered. 1 that I drank right at the shop just taste like some powder mix with water and lots of sugar, no flavor and tasteless. I threw away after 1 sip. 2 drinks that carried with me , when I drank only taste like blank milk and color. No taste, no sweet even I ordered LESS ICE only, nothing to do with sugar level. I recommend, you should train all your associates with a much better job.

I came to this location for the past five years and only once in this five years that I experience such disrespect and short toppings for my drink, i am so disappointed they have to make my three times to get it right. people be aware of people trying to shorten you an eight dollar drink to be cheap in toppings is crazy

They charged me for the wrong drink which was more expensive. Then when they remade my drink it was way too sweet and barley had ice (i didnt ask for any sweetness or ice adjustments). I just threw it away.
