First time there great experience! As you'd expect, lobster bisque was delicious, steak was cooked near perfect and seasoned surprisingly well, I'm not sure if it was just salt and pepper, but the cut the quality was just a really flavorful steak, my guess is it helps to have a hand stuffed blue cheese olive martini alongside.

Simms Steakhouse has an excellent Happy Hour menu. We tried several of the food items and the drink options were also awesome. I will be back here soon. Very beautiful view of Denver and two patios.

The wagyu short beef ribs were outstanding and the scallops were perfectly cooked, although the the risotto that came the it a bit salty. All in all, always a good meal and of course, you can't beat the view of the city.
