It's fast food, but they have some of the best fries! The burgers are great too. Definitely one of my favorite burger stops. This location is not in my normal area but have been by a few times lately. They are doing it right for sure. The double bacon and cheese is my absolute favorite

always have a good enjoyable burger/meal here. Two issues: 1- the manager speaks so loudly, it’s like he’s shouting so the whole place can hear and notice him. very annoying and kind of unprofessional, although it’s likely not intentional. He needs better training. 2- a basic common sense requirement of a properly managed restaurant is having a coat hook on the back of the bathroom door. Here they don’t. How long have they been open?… 5+ years? And nobody has realized? Had to put my coat on the dirty floor. completely unacceptable!! Please do something ASAP.

Service is trash, no one says hello. Honestly McDonald’s is better. My burger was cooked to shiz, my fires were covered in greese, cold bun. No one was in the store when i ordered but somehow people who walked in after me got the food before me. Absolutely trash 🗑️

My husband and I ordered a classic smashburger with no cheese, tater tots and they shake. The smashburger was half the size it used to be, and it had cheese on it. The tots and the shake were great. I'm just disappointed that the prices are much higher than used to be and the burgers are half the size. My husband and I like to split one because we don't eat much but this is ridiculous. We will never go back.

I LOVE me some Smashburger, and have been to this location many times, but in the past year the quality of the food at this location has gone significantly down hill. Last time I went, my burger was overcooked and kind of burnt on the edges, and the time before that the burger quality was sub-par. Tonight I went and my fries were cold and burnt. When I had specifically asked for hot fresh fries & that I would wait the extra time so they could get cooked fresh. They were definitely not cooked fresh, they just redropped the fries that were already cold into the fryer and burned them. And when I got home and checked the rest of my order, & I had gotten the wrong burgers. I went back so they could fix it, and got a new order and again my fries were cold and burnt and it took over 20 minutes to get two new burgers and still COLD and burnt fries. The thing is, it's not hard to cook fries. You put them in a fryer and the fryer does the job!!! So it's really hard for me to understand being a chef, myself how they could get it so wrong!!! And for what they charge! Unbelievable!!! I will not be going back to this location.

I ordered 4 things thru UberEats and called to ask they include a few ranches for each item or as much as they could do since you can't add ranch for delivery online (which is dumb if you ask me, especially since I used to work there) and even asked my Uber driver to double check, which he asked as well, and I just opened my bag to two about 1/2 filled ranch, so basically not even 1 2oz ranch for a large burger and 3 side items. For me to go out of my way to have it double checked too, I don't think I'll go to this location anymore and opt for one that listens to guest requests literally when it is dead after 7:30pm on a Monday night. There really isn't any excuse. Disappointing service. I would recommend another location for accuracy.

Walked in on the main entrance saw the mop and wet floor and the manager yelled at me to use the other door then yelled again telling me to quit looking stupid and move. I went to the other side and speak to her to apologize and tell her why wasn't the door closed and she yelled some more I wanted to just order some food I like the burgers there but why would i be treated like that
