The staff at the Union Blvd location is AWFUL. We rarely go to Smashburger but every time we have been in we hear and see the same employee yell at a customer. We think she’s the manager, which is incredibly unfortunate. She has red hair. The employee that took our order was more concerned about being on her phone than getting our order correct. The food was ok, super greasy, but it was hot and fresh. Prices are way too high for the quality of food and service being offered. Cost $62 for 2 kids and 2 adults to eat. Every time we come in, we are reminded why we don’t come in often by the horrendous service and overpriced food.

Food is always good. Customer service has not been good the last 3 times I have gone in. Really rude staff. When I ask for smash sauce to take with an order it's like it is the biggest inconvenience in the world. Eye rolls included. Me picking up on this attitude have asked do you need me to pay for it? They say no but continue with the attitude. This time I intentionally looked for smash sauce online to make sure to avoid this. I found there is no way to order a side of Smash sauce with my fries or with my order. I went to pick up my order today and said can I please get some smash sauce I was unable to order it online the response I received from the staff was "and". AND....can I please have some smash sauce? If you are going to give people such attitude for asking for smash sauce make it available online to order easily with your fries!

The union blvd location has severely declined over the past few years. I used to come visit this location at lunch time quite often. It is close to my office. Parking is usually an issue here, but the food was always worth it. The last three times I’ve attempted to eat here the service has been so slow that we have left before our order is taken. We are usually the only ones in line, but the cashier never comes to assist. It seems they are overwhelmed by online orders and put their focus on those. So sad to see the decline of a decent place to grab a burger.

The first time I tried it. It was great this last time. I tried it. My food was actually cold and I went and got it. I don't understand what happened here. I also Aspirino onion and my brother had a bunch on I thought it was a joke.... I was so mad on this and got a refund. But I was in a hurry so I just left it as it is.

They use to have a great black bean burger. They are replacing it with another plant based burger, but they don't have it yet. I drove across town for a black bean burger, but NO!!!! I won't ever be back.
Smashburger is good but not great. The burger is tasty but greasy. I like the smash original, but don't let it get cold... uggghhh... the fries are thin and usually crispy but not terribly flavorful. This particular location is not the cleanest, so I only do takeout.
