Spent 30 minutes waiting for a to go order here, they made like 5 other orders who walked in after mine. I approached them about my order taking a long time, then I overheard the girl at the counter asking the chefs and they didn't even seem to realize i had an order. I also asked for a plain burger and they gave me Patty's in a to go box.

Sorry Smashburger, you’re not treating your employees or customers right. Why only have three people working on a Friday night? I walked in and waited 25 minutes just for a burger that ended up being over cooked and cold. Several people were waiting in the restaurant for their food. The restaurant was freezing. I felt sorry for the staff. Do better.

I never write reviews but as someone who has worked in service industry something’s up with this location. I’ve only come here twice and I don’t know if it’s a manager or staff itself issue. Both times were understaffed meaning sidework and round the clock duties were not able to be tended to. First time there were only two employees doing all the work so of course things could not be at their best because the employees were doing what they could with what they had. Similar with this second go around of no ice stocked ingredients for shakes not stocked and understaffed. Friday night dinner rush and most definitely do not have the staff needed. Not sure… obviously don’t work here and there are days that are off but these are two separate days months apart and same incidents happening. If it is a manager issue you’re setting your staff up for failure. If it’s a staff issue time go do a 180 so you don’t keep getting 2 star reviews.

It's my first time here! I've honestly got to say that was one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had. I got the Spicey Jalapeño Smash and the Smash fries. I'll Definetly be back here, my dude Chris was extremely helpful. This experience was an A+

Shift lead was rude and was not willing to help me
Placed an online order, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Place was busy so I definitely understand, but the kids behind the counter were moving at the speed of sludge. One of the cooks was eating fries, the person setting the order also had to take orders from the line of customers, so they may be understaffed. A few times he roamed around aimlessly before returning to his station. Turns out my order had been ready the whole time, and he had set it aside somewhere. Burgers were cold and made my girlfriend sick. Got the order right though, to their credit, which is surprising because speaking to the staff was like talking to a wide eyed scarecrow that mumbled responses and trudged around. Place was clean.

Walked in to get a burger to go and it took an hour to get it because they kept making everyone's mobile order first and only when all of those were done did they give me my food. Which was somehow cold meaning it had been sitting. 3rd time in a row with this experience and will not be going back to this location. Would give 0 out of 5 if possible
