Assistant Manager lady with purple hair was super rude and ruined the experience. It was utterly disdainful the way she sabotaged our beautiful day and experience by acting in a way that utterly disappointed me and left me yearning for a person who knows how to treat their customer. Will NOT be returning.

Walked in and there were 2 customers already seated eating. 2 employees were in the kitchen. No one acknowledged that we were even there until about 10 minutes later as we were leaving. If you want to be served, don't visit this location.

It was freezing in there! We nearly left but decided to try anyway. Food was tasty but the refurb decor was ugly, unfriendly and loud. We were there at a weird time so I think service would be quite slow if it were busier. Prices are reasonable.

Got here 35 mins early and was told i cant place a order because they were closed but thier door was open . Google says they close at 9 30 was here way before and this happened twice on different occasions if those are not your correct hours on google then i suggest correcting them so your customers dont waste gas and time coming here thanks for not disclosing your hours or closing way earlier then your normal time

The restaurants is freezing and completely understaffed by management. It is a Friday night and the poor girl is trying to run the cash register, make shakes, handle door dash and deliver food.

Ordered twice online and unfortunately instead of bring the food inside our business they just left it outside. I left specific directions on delivery. No message no update. The driver left it outside with no heads up. Food was cold. Not sure who drives for Smash burger but terrible service. Lakewood location just doesn't care.

Went in here for national cheese burger day and the dude at the register was awesome! We got some great cheeseburgers (there is a nice amount of them on the menu) and some tots. The food came out quick and was presented real well. Everything was hot and fresh and really good. Nice sitting areas with TVs too. The tables all looked clean and it was a great lunch!

Waited 10 minutes just to place my order and then another 25 minutes to get the food. That’s 35 minutes total at a fast food place ridiculous. Smashburger really needs to hire more staff to keep up with customers.
