This place has really improved. Haven’t been here in over a year and my goodness, was I impressed. The manager, Phil was gracious, kind and patient. The bathrooms were so clean! I personally thanked him. Highly recommend!

I ordered tater tots and they were soaked in grease and there was a tablespoon of grease at the bottom of the container. Gross.

I had an excellent experience at Smash Burger at this Belmar location, thanks to Nova and Nichole. Their customer service was exceptional and their troubleshooting skills were evident when helping me figure out the Smash Cash bonus for my order. They escalated my concern to the next level and we got it resolved. It's rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers. However, Nova and Nichole are shining examples of exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning, knowing that this location provides great service and customer satisfaction.

I was there for lunch on April 17 and the cashier with the strawberry blonde hair was extremely rude. The food was good, but her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.
