Looking for Thai food to pick up or for delivery? Quit looking, Star Thai is the best damn Thai food in Denver or the USA for that matter. This stuff is straight gas, straight 5/5 stars. Michelin stars? Doesn’t matter, this stuff is better than that marshmallow looking dude magazine rating. If you need Thai food just go ahead and order from here and thank that crazy dude from Google later. This is the best.

If I could give them 20 stars, I would. I got the Panang curry with chicken at medium spice. The flavors pop, it tastes authentic, the price is RIGHT and perfect portion size in my opinion! I was pleasantly surprised on the first bite! I'll definitely be back and very soon!
Good food and fresh veggies. We are going to try them again. We had Drunken noodles and the chile paste stir fried dishes. Both were delicious.

Food is solid. My wife picked up the food while I was at home with the kids. Unfortunately have no photos because all the food was gone by the end of the night. This place will be a go to spot for me living here in lakewood. Not many choice here. Will be back.

I ordered food to go and got basil fried rice hot with egg rolls. The egg rolls were great, but the basil fried rice, which I have had before was tasteless. The only flavor was the heat which was no flavor at all. Sorry to say this place has gone

This place is the epitome of low key. No seating inside, just those working. Call in your order in advance, and get anything off the menu. Highly recommend that Pad Thai and Thai Basil Fried Rice. The Thai Custard was also awesome. I've been to a lot of nearby Thai restaurants, and this has quickly become my favorite. There's another Thai restaurant that has gotten attention from Westword nearby.........this one is at least 10 times better and much more affordable.Limited hours, only open 4 - 9 PM Tuesday through Sunday. Plan to get it for dinner. Call and give them about 20 minutes.

I forgot how tasty this restaurant was until my recent visit back. Though Star Thai is located in a very quiet shoppette, the food is definitely what makes it stand out. There is no in restaurant seating anymore, which was available pre-pandemic, but the staff does a good job making sure your to go food is packaged properly and well. Speaking of the staff, the owner is one of the main chefs and front of house greeter. He is always so jolly and never lacks a smile. You definitely can feel his passion for the place just by talking to him and the taste of the food.I ordered the Tom Kha soup with chicken, the Pad Thai with chicken, and the Panang curry with beef. The soup was tasty and filled well, but the stars of the show were definitely the curry and the Pad Thai. The Panang did not taste oily at all and tasted very homemade and fresh as opposed to how some curry can taste from other restaurants. The Pad Thai was hands down the tastiest Pad Thai I have tasted in a very long time. The noodles were cooked just right, and there was plenty of chicken to go along with my bites. But the overall taste was just simply amazing. Though it's a bit of a drive from where I live, I will definitely be coming back more often as this is flavor that is hard to find
