I normally have good service here but tonight 12/31/25 Kayla was NOT nice. I asked if she was open and there was one guy in front of me and she said with a nasty tone “I will be with you in a moment”. I told her if she is closed that is completely fine and I can leave. The guy in front of me said “I said the same thing” she came back to the counter after she made the guy in front of me a drink and took my order. I told her I would like grande sugar cookie latte with OAT MILK and I paid. I wasn’t watching her bc I was honestly afraid of her and she said to me as she was making my drink “I’m sorry for my PISSY attitude” I said it’s fine. I got my drink and left and noticed that it was made with regular milk and not oat milk and I was too scared to tell her she made my drink wrong. I know it wasn’t made with oat milk bc I am currently sick as a dog. I am very allergic to milk. I have already had a very difficult day and a stranger’s act of kindness could have gone a very long way. I understand people have bad days but it’s not the customers fault.

The employee working the morning of Sunday, April 30th was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is the caliber of employee hired by Starbucks, I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
