your digital coupons are the worst thing. not only does the app kick me out constantly, but sometimes (often) the coupon doesn't load to my account. so I take pictures if everything I purchase- I only come here if it's my only option now. it used yo be my only store. Thank God their workers striked so I could see that the other options are truly better.

Gal who order my drink was not wanting to take my order she was more interested in talking to someone who was not making any order at all. She was contestant rolling her eyes at me and seemed annoyed that I even bothered to order anything. She took a very long time to make my order. Again more interested in talking to someone who did not make a purchase and was just in the way.

This is and has been my Starbucks for the last 15+ years. The staff is amazing beyond words. Aaron (this is not how he spells it), Mars, Nicole maybe (so sweet with red hair best smile), and Sean to name a few. They really know what it is to value a customer. They make me smile on my worst days, and by simply adding a message to my cup Aaron made one of the worst weeks of my life better in an instant! They are always ready to help and you are greeted with love and a smile. Keep up the great work, I appreciate you all so much ❤️

Two times they didn't put very well the lid on my coffee, and I got to burn. Thank God it wasn't too much worse but I can't imagine something like this happening to an old person with sensitive skin.
