I come to this starbucks every time I shop and they are always so sweet and helpful. I was a clutz today and spilled my pumpkin chai all over the floor. They did not hesitate and made me another drink and insisted that I didn't need to clean up. They were so sweet and I can't thank them enough for being so kind and helpful!!!

I was ignored by megan for about 10 minutes she was extremely rude and wouldn't get off of her phone to take my order. She made it wrong twice and when I went to ask her what she was putting in my drink she rolled her eyes and walked away. This completely unreasonable and unprofessional.(2nd) time going in today and was greeted by Morgan who did a fantastic job and made my drink right. While her co worker stood there on her phone. This is honestly not the 1st time I've seen this happen at this store Morgan is always sweet and friendly but everyone else is rude and uncaring.

The ladies on sundays are the best, they warm up the danish to perfection, cappucino has the perfect amount of foam and coffee and frappuccinos are delicious, thank you so much ladies we love coming here before starting our grocery shopping

please fire lylah. my boyfriend was able to get all of the groceries for the next few weeks and checkout during the 4th of july rush before i could get our 2 drinks. i have never seen a starbucks in such disarray. there were 3 people in front of me and 4 people after me. it took over 20 minutes waiting for them to finally take my order and additional maybe 16 minutes for me to get my drink. (i only know this bc i was texting my bf the whole time)
the lady behind me got her drink before me but as she was getting her hot coffee, lylah for some reason, was gripping onto the cup for dear life and the lid popped off and hot coffee got all over the women’s arm and then after that, 2/3 people behind that lady got their drink before me as well and lylah gave my drink to the wrong person. throughout all of that lylah was just spilling liquid as she would pour them into cups while making faces and worst of all, i am pretty positive she was the one training a new hire. i cannot imagine how sticky the floors are there. :/

The girl Willow with the reddish hair was scratching and wiping her face with her had right before making the drink and didn’t even wash her hands. Disgusting. She is unsanitary and also has a horrible attitude, barely responds and acts like every part or her job is a huge inconvenience.
