Ordered two chestnut praline lattes w/ whole milk. First two came out with oat milk; simple hearing issue. They re-made them, however only one of the two re-made lattes had the flavors included. Guess you don't always get what you ask for with $20 coffees.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich but received a sausage and egg instead. I went back to have it corrected, and they said they made a new one — but that clearly wasn’t the case. I’m a vegetarian, and when I bit into the sandwich, it was covered in sausage grease and tasted like it was the same egg. When I called to explain the situation, Tammy was dismissive and told me she “watched it being made,” then abruptly ended the call. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I will never return to this location.

Well the supervisor told me I couldn't have any water without a purchase that includes if I have my own water glass. I do from time to time purchase some overpriced tasty frappe and iveconlubl

Fast, friendly service... I don't make it to coffee shops often but needed one this morning and this was a best experience because of the ease to order/check out and move on ...

This is my usual spot. Today I had ordered ahead and was in no rush at all. Who I assume is the manager came and handed me my drink with a reminder that “the usual wait time is 9-12 minutes.” I really didn’t ask and it came off super passive aggressive. Felt unnecessary and I’m just writing this hoping they can be a bit more mindful at how they come across. Love this Starbucks and always pride myself on being a good customer. Feel like this was an unnecessary miscommunication.

These guys are on it, singing, laughing and having a great time making yummy drinks for everyone. Got my drink to go but stayed for the good vibes and warm feeling coming off the crew. Thanks guys (Ladies)

The absolutely foolish delivery driver uses his semi truck to block the entire drive thru. He could not possibly pick a worse spot to park. This has occurred multiple times.

Today we asked for light ice in our drinks. And the drive thru guy handed us our drinks w alot of ice. I looked and our ticket even says light ice. The drive thru cashier proceeded to argue and say thats how the drink is made. This starbucks is just rude. Over it! 🤦‍♀️

Reason for light ice is taste... every other starbucks has no issue w light ice...expresso burnt and no brown sugar

Warning: This Starbucks at 10th & Wadsworth is promoting mental illness, and the environment feels contagious. Manager Rachel encourages and enables inappropriate, unstable, and rude behavior—staff screaming outside, talking offensively, and acting unhinged toward customers. I’ve had three awful encounters here, including Rachel herself yelling at me after ringing up the wrong drink and still charging me for it. This location is toxic, unsafe, and a stain on the Starbucks brand.

This Starbucks just lost a customer for life. I went in, bought my coffee, and politely got the restroom code to wash my hands after work (I’m a mechanic, they were covered in grease). I was in there a couple of minutes washing up when the manager slammed on the door. I opened it immediately, only to be accused of “doing drugs” in the restroom.

I’ve been sober for over two and a half years from everything — alcohol, cigarettes, you name it — and for her to profile me like that was disgusting, offensive, and completely out of line. I’m not some random stereotype she can project her assumptions onto. I was a paying customer, and instead of respect, I got treated like a criminal. This kind of behavior is toxic, unprofessional, and should never be tolerated at any Starbucks.
