As much as I love this Starbucks location and their staff is always so kind, drive thru is always extremely slow and backed up.

i bawled my eyes and ordered nothing but a pup cup and water, and the girl in the drive thru was annoyed and told me waters aren’t going to be free anymore. please learn to read a room. I was getting my pup’s last meal and you made the day 10x worse. I was more than happy to pay for my water and my pup’s last treat.

Good thing the people down the road at In n Out showed me so much grace and kindness.

Took a really long time when it wasn't at all busy to get a simple drip coffee. Plenty of staff who just didn't coordinate well.

I used to go here everyday but not anymore. I had received change from the cashier and realized it was counterfeit so I went back up to the counter to tell them. I just wanted the money I was owed and was treated poorly and never received my REAL money back. Really disappointed in the workers ability to ensure the bills they give to customers are legit and their ignorance when confronted was angering. Food is good but every other Starbucks can do the same thing for you but with real money as change. Safe to say I will be making a further trip to a different location next time.

Starbucks used to be a great place to grab a pound of coffee. Glad to see they removed the bean wall to sell cheap over priced cups. Rude employee on bar too. This store sucks

I mobile ordered an hot beverage, they accidentally made it iced. should be no big deal. they said ok, we'll remake, I asked if I could keep the mistake beverage, they said no, I'm gonna take that back. I thought maybe they had another use of it- but no they turned around and chucked it right into the trash, what a waste! almost mocking. ugh disappointed!

If they are not open at four a m, they need to change their opening time on the internet and the app sat there till four fifteen this morning in the drive through with people inside and nobody acknowledged me.Nobody said they weren't open

I've visited this Starbucks several times, and unfortunately, it hasn't met my expectations. While the staff are friendly, I've noticed that my orders often don’t come out right. I appreciate their efforts, but it seems like there’s a lack of training or experience among the baristas. I hope they can improve, I enjoy Starbucks and would love to look forward to going to this location

WRONG HOURS.
Placed an online order around 4am and it said it was ready around 4:12am but when we showed up she said she wasn’t open until 4:30am. Can’t cancel an online order that’s already made on the app. Had to leave it behind

Horrible customer service! I came in and ordered coffee, the woman who took my order asked me if I wanted cream or sugar, I said no then she told me the total of my order. I asked her “what size did you order for me?” her response was over the top! She says “I ordered you a medium, are you going to give me attitude?!!” Whoa! WTH?? Not the way I wanted to start my morning! And definitely not what I typical experience at Starbucks. Maybe she’s experiencing a personal challenge and is in a really bad place mentally, but if not, she doesn’t belong in a customer facing role.

The gal who bright my drink was lovely and kind which is my normal experience at Starbucks.
