They charge $6+ for coffee and try to hand it to you through the drive through without a cardboard sleeve, a stopper, or a napkin. So I’m supposed to drive around holding a burning cup that splashes out the top, without any napkins. Trash brand.

The lady at the counter wouldn't help me she didn't even say give us a moment or anything I could just feel a negative vibe out of her body, people don't think racism still exists...... Well guess what it does, but all in all I only wanted a cup of ice and the person that finally helped me wouldn't give me a cup of ice because supposedly you have to purchase something now,,,,, well I've never had to purchase anything from Starbucks to get water nor ice....... So I didn't get my ice and when I started walking out I could hear the lady that wouldn't help me ask the other person what did he want and that person said he wanted ice, and then I can hear them mumbling something as I was walking away by the door but rude wouldn't help me and made me purchase something for ice, like it was coming out of their pocket but Starbucks has never charged for ice nor water and I've never experienced racism like that in Starbucks today is December 9th 2025 and it is 5:09 p.m. and it's their shift that's in there right now
This is an amazing starbucks! The drinks are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS perfect!! The customer service is amazing and just the overall atmosphere is amazing and very calming. I can get school work done here!!
