I’m an almost daily customer of this starbucks, and I’ve recently observed a big uptick in friendliness of the baristas and general customer service. They seem to have really stepped it up; thank you Lakewood starbucks!

Asked for no cinnamon (cause i'm ALLERGIC) they still put it in and my tongue swelled up . the lady has an attitude and told me "maybe don't put "Cinnamon" as the name. FYI my REAL NAME is CINNAMON. She seemed to have an attitude when i told her that was my real name after she told me not to put "Cinnamon" on it. Then she rolled her eyes when i asked if she wanted to see my license. Can't help my parents named me Cinnamon smh. Also can't help i'm ALLERGIC to cinnamon. Now my tongue is swollen on my first day of a new job. THANKS .

Terrible service, our order didn't come out, they also didn't give us what we asked for, I asked for a croissan with ham and cheese and they gave it to me without ham and cheese, a boy went up to our seat and threw it at us as if we weren't paying for it. product, I also asked for a hot one in milk and they gave me a cold one without milk.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We waited for more than 30 minutes for our products to be delivered... what a horror with this store

Slow service, burnt coffee and an overall lack of care from the staff. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me for ONE coffee. Insane.

I go to Starbucks every day this starbuck always makes my coffee horrible I have to tell them how to make it correctly it always tastes bad were just gonna go somewhere else from now on can't see my self paying 8 dollars for a crappy cup of coffee

Horrible service waiting in line for 20 minutes in the drive-thru then got tired of waiting in line parked wet inside ordered a couple items almost $30 worth of items went to pay they would not break my $100 bill and told me they could not serve me they could not break my $100 bill then when I called to complain the manager Michaela did not care whatsoever she basically was like that's our policy that's it did not care I go to Starbucks spend my money there every single day can't believe was treated this way ? But Michaela's attitude was like Oh well

I order a blonde americano, and I get a lukewarm cup of coffee. Guess I should've paid more attention. I order Americanos so they're HOT, instead I get lukewarm warm, that pot should have been dumped 2 hours ago.
