This is an amazing starbucks! The drinks are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS perfect!! The customer service is amazing and just the overall atmosphere is amazing and very calming. I can get school work done here!!

Every time i end up at this starbucks, either the drive through is a 25 min wait, or inside they lose orders and still wait for 20 to 30 min for a coffee!!!.

Second time I’ve gone in in the past week that the manager and a few other employees were being to rude and condescending to another employee, mocking said employee when they weren’t looking, scoffing at small mistakes/questions when that employee was the hardest working one there. Said Female manger that had brown hair was always very harsh/cold with customers getting upset when customers politely asked for a time frame for their drinks or when customers were kindly explaining their drink was made wrong. VERY unprofessional for management and other employees to be showing their dislike for one another in front of customers seems like a toxic and clicky environment “if you aren’t of the mean girls everything you say and do makes us mad” really sad to see straight bullying of staff made me extremely uneasy, as for wait times seems like when the shift is lead by that female manager it gets backed up quick, long drive thru lines and tons of people in store waiting for their drinks. I wish I got her name she deserves to be called out.
