I’d really appreciate it if this Starbucks location, like every other Starbucks and cafe I’ve been to, asked what kind of milk I wanted in my drink (if it contains milk) when their menu does not give descriptions. Milk is an allergen. Made me buy a new drink rather than correct their mistake. I go to Starbucks maybe twice a year.

Today I ordered at like 9:45 and whoever was taking my order was so rude, and I ask for extra caramel drizzle and she’s like it comes with it already in such a off putting tone, and then i get the drink, kid you not the drop of caramel on the side, like if you don’t want to work just say that and keep it pushing get rid of her ahh.

I wish there was care for others in this world. I saw a guy come in and ask for water had no money look like you was about to pass out. Then walked outside and passed out. Because there's a rule at Starbucks if you don't buy anything you can't get water which it's tap water so it's not purified water they don't put nothing in it ,it's from out of the drain, the faucet!! You should also know that you don't have to have a purchase to get a pub cup for a dog but a human being can't get a water.

Long time Starbucks goer and to this Starbucks specifically. Upon opening the door Silvia was wonderful her smile was so bright! I stayed to work and drink my coffee and seeing her tend to everyone’s coffee needs w a smile just contributes to the comfort in the atmosphere of remote work and choosing to work here. All the staff is hard at work and they are making it happen. Thank you to them 🩷

I’m an almost daily customer of this starbucks, and I’ve recently observed a big uptick in friendliness of the baristas and general customer service. They seem to have really stepped it up; thank you Lakewood starbucks!
Not great service. Got my order wrong. Then didn’t put the lid correctly on the water so it spilled everywhere.

Asked for no cinnamon (cause i'm ALLERGIC) they still put it in and my tongue swelled up . the lady has an attitude and told me "maybe don't put "Cinnamon" as the name. FYI my REAL NAME is CINNAMON. She seemed to have an attitude when i told her that was my real name after she told me not to put "Cinnamon" on it. Then she rolled her eyes when i asked if she wanted to see my license. Can't help my parents named me Cinnamon smh. Also can't help i'm ALLERGIC to cinnamon. Now my tongue is swollen on my first day of a new job. THANKS .

Terrible service, our order didn't come out, they also didn't give us what we asked for, I asked for a croissan with ham and cheese and they gave it to me without ham and cheese, a boy went up to our seat and threw it at us as if we weren't paying for it. product, I also asked for a hot one in milk and they gave me a cold one without milk.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We waited for more than 30 minutes for our products to be delivered... what a horror with this store
