I’m an almost daily customer of this starbucks, and I’ve recently observed a big uptick in friendliness of the baristas and general customer service. They seem to have really stepped it up; thank you Lakewood starbucks!
Horrible service waiting in line for 20 minutes in the drive-thru then got tired of waiting in line parked wet inside ordered a couple items almost $30 worth of items went to pay they would not break my $100 bill and told me they could not serve me they could not break my $100 bill then when I called to complain the manager Michaela did not care whatsoever she basically was like that's our policy that's it did not care I go to Starbucks spend my money there every single...
Sometimes this place does good sometimes they don’t. I placed a mobile order at 7:19 arrived at 7:30 for it and it was not ready I get it there is people but it wasn’t as busy. I left at 7:35 with no drink and never did they ask what I was waiting for.
