Walked in, straight to the counter to order, I said good morning to the person taking my order, and was greeted with an irritated flat stare. She continued to ask questions about my order as if I was bothering her. No has time for the nonsense and attitude.

This location puts the drive through and call in orders above walk in customers. I waited several minutes before anyone could even give me eye contact to order. I wanted some ice to cool down my coffee, forget it, after 5 minutes I just went into the restroom and got water from the sink. Customer service is dead at this location if you're a walk in Customer.

I did a drive thru order, they were fast, professional, kind, friendly, and my order was correct. The cheese Danish is always bomb, I love my Carmel frappucino, and the cake pops have been tasty. They are pretty fast getting people through the drive thru line.

I came to surprise my boss who is allergic to milk and flour I came in with a note the tky boss has already given me how she takes her coffee so she doesn’t have a reaction !!! I order sat down and noticed a wave of people come in ten mins pass a few more and everyone closing the wave of people are grabbing their coffee so patiently kindly I gooo to the counter and tell the lady I believe you guys forgot me . She says what’s you name what’s your order Rudly I keep calm and tell her it wasn’t till she comes back and they are alllooking at each other lost , she’s like well what did you order I got upset cus I been there q while and told her idk I have it on my phone becusae it was for my boos whom has allergies to certain foods . I ask another lady if she can kindly lake it beicsae they are going back and forth she pops at the other lady like yo wanna finish it so they don’t even want to get this fixed now im just starring at them I told them can I show you the bot cus my boss is allergic to something’s !!! The next lady with the pit tail then looks at me rudely and I’m like WTH she says I’m going to make what you first ordered on here pouting to her computer I told her look I’m telling yo ican I show you cus my boss is allergic and you guys already got it wrong by forgetting me the order can be wrong don’t want my boss to die !! She rudely reads it and says yes that’s what I was making instead of just confirming I felt so low and belittled in there I didn’t even order for myself it was a supposed turned into a crappy belittling experience . Do better ladies making me feel so low not great and all laidies yes all laidies in there working this day could had simplified and made it rite by offering to make the coffee instead of making me feel like I was annoying for waiting for my coffee they didn’t make for the get. Super Sadie’s you guys messed up my day and I had to go pray on that. Ohhh as I asked th lady for a stickwr so I can cover the mouth piece still rudely she said no we don’t have that but rudely I looked at her and said ok thank you and left . I just grabbed one of those stick things and jabbed it in myself cu she didn’t want to. Arghhh

Their cupholders are terrible. Our drinks spilt and we didn't even get remakes of the drinks. We had to buy the drinks again in order to get new drinks. The pumpkin cheese muffin is delicious though.

Today I went for my normal drinks and the girl at the drive through was extremely rude and when I asked for some straws she rolled her eyes. I hate being treated like this every time I ask for something I’ve already paid for.

My iced coffee was watery so it definitely did not get the extra shot of espresso I paid for, and my wife's drink was served iced when I asked for hot. Honest mistake I'm sure they would have fixed, just kind of disappointing when my order was wrong too.

This place is ridiculous. They wouldn’t give me a cold drink without ice. On top of that when I asked why Couldn’t I have my drink the way I customized it they explained that the drink that I ordered has to have the ice to do that shaken espresso. Since this drink has came out, I have always ordered it without ice

Placed an online order from my app. Was going to give a cash tip, but I don't think so. My cold Fripp was point. However, my two hot drinks were not hot and were not filled up all the way. I'm paying extra for a bigger size for more coffee, and they don't fill it up till it is at least 0.5cm from the rim to leave room for the topings or cream and sugar. This is ridiculous, and they didn't have my drinks in a drink carrier when I got there, there was no drink stoppers in the lids, and when I asked for one, the worker was very rude.
