My iced coffee was watery so it definitely did not get the extra shot of espresso I paid for, and my wife's drink was served iced when I asked for hot. Honest mistake I'm sure they would have fixed, just kind of disappointing when my order was wrong too.

Went in at 12:34 this afternoon and it is now 12:58 pm. I had my coffee for 10 minutes while my husband’s coffee sat on a back counter until I got get up and had to ask where his coffee was. I am sorry but whatever happened to customer service? Why is DoorDash more important then customers ordering inside the store?

I order online every time and my drink(s) are always ready and made for me when I get there and everyone is nice and smiling I will continue to stop at this Starbucks for my favorite drinks and even my favorite foods.
